Very bad experience. My father went to the hospital with small wound in the foot. We treated for 5months. But now the situation become worse. And they didnt care for it. So we are moving to another hospital. Please nobody go there

Customer care is very bad..I tried to contact them for information relating to vaccine but it was switched off..I tried every contact but all of them was switched off or didnt answer..

My mother had diabetic foot before 2years and morethan 2hospitals made it worsen than previous....but when we started the treatment in medical trust wound healed and now my mother is walking with her both legs... My husband who was a stroke patient was admitted there 4 months back to cure a bed sore.The sore was cured,but one injection they gave on the hip was on the wrong site.It developed in to a large ulcer some 4 inches deep.A pouch like formation is there.I informmed them politely but they didnt respond. and at present a govt doctor advised me to take him to a hospital where there is a good surgeon.Tomorrow we are taking him to another hospital.
