I gone there bcs my jio sim services has been stopped and i needed sim replacement for my old jio sim card. Problem starts here1) there were only 2 customers and they looked so busy in themselves , they were not co-operative , kept on telling to come tomorrow bcs of server issue. They were not even trying properly2) after waiting for atleast 2 hour (there were no crowd , only 2-3 customers) i forced them to try and then they initiated the process and gave me new sim .3) they were forcing me to recharge with 401 rupees only i dont know why may be bcs they must have some profit in it.4) they were rude , uninterested , frustrating , they didnt cooperate with any customer .5) it was a very very bad experience for me to wait that much and their working nature was frustrating.
