This is basically a halt for passenger trains which comes from either thawe junction or Gorakhpur (Utter Pradesh) junction. The area where this halt is situated is called Kuchaikote. This railway halt is is playing most important role in life of Government Polytechnic Gopalganjs students. All passenger trains stops here and sometimes express as well as super fast trains also stops here because of Govt. Polytechnic students..

This place is in gopalganj district near uttar Pradesh boarder .Thos station situated in kuchikoat . From this station u will go gorakhpur to siwan and patliputra via this station & thawe etc.From this station u go to government polytechnic college gopalganj which is appropriately 6 km .There are also available some auto to go G.P.gopalganj

Good to see when trains passed from here to Patna and Gorakhpur. Otherwise nothing is good here. Need some improvement as it belongs to such a block which cover big amount of area in Bihar.
