Most worth experience in my life.very bad service provide us.I cant go in this service center Again. I cant buy realme phone Because of this service center and the service they got provide us. I will suggest that pls don’t go in this service center. Vrey very bad experience and such a disgusting fellow they are.

Provides very bad services and their behaviour is very bad. Accuses customer out of their own lack of knowledge about the product. They can not detect the problem and claim there is no problem with the product. They will tell you to submit your phone even if the problem is with the charging cable. The reception guys are very rude and ignorant. There is one guy named Rajesh who doesnt even know the difference between Realme VOOC charging and SuperDart charging but still will provide you with bogus solutions that will worsen your product even more. They are reluctant to change your products under warranty even if they find the problem.

Their service is very bad, I went to them to change my realm headphones but after 2 months I still did not get my headphones so I complain about them then after two months I got my headphones but they gave me another headphone. The color was green and they gave me black color. When I told them that I had green headphones, why did you give me black color? Then they tell me you have to wait four months to get my green headphones, not only me but 4-5 others like me did it with them. Then think about how bad their service is. They only serve four or five companies, not just Realm, and I think thats why their service is so bad. So when you go to repair your phone or other accessories, be a little careful and understand your own thing properly.
