Worst services i got. I went just to add a ram in my laptop and they broke the fan of it, and even didnt tell me which made my system vibrate and sound a lot. I called and told the owner the issue. I visited the shop again and when he opened it he broke 11 more fan blades to balance it and said he will fix a new fan or pay the money for it. The fan is still making sound and my system slowed down more as compared to before. Now whenever I call him , he dont receives the call neither he responded with any new fan. I dont stay here of which he took the advantage of and ruined my system. Due to him I might have to purchase a new system.Horrible. Bad. Worst services. Never recommend anyone to get the services from him. I dont want to give any star and bad luck of mine that I took services from him and now suffering.

Very Good shop for purchasing any computer, laptop or other parts.. Also includes cyber cafe with good Internet Speed. The behavior of the staffs and owner is very good and friendly for the customers.

IN PAST IT WAS THE BEST CYBER CAFE AT KRISHNAGAR. BUT ALAS!! PRESENTLY, WORSE CYBER CAFE EVER AT KRISHNAGAR. THOUGH THE OWNER IS VERY GOOD AND HUMBLE PERSON BUT THE SERVICE STAFFS OF THE SHOP DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE AND HOW TO DEAL AND TALK WITH CUSTOMERS POLITELY?!! THE STAFFS ARE OF VERY ARGUMENTATIVE KIND OF PERSONS. AFTER DOING SOME FAULTY THINGS BY THEIR OWN THEY WILL BLAME CUSTOMERS FOR THE SAME. SAME BAD THINGS ARE HAPPENED WITH ME BY THEIR STAFFS MANY TIMES NOW A DAYS. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
