I went there on last thursday dated 8/04/2021, I liked one t-shirt for my husband and after that I go to the bill counter for billing of the product, there the billing person give me options that I can check the ladies section and after that I can came for the billing, I mentioned him that I dont need anything for me now, I just want to buy what I have taken already, after that the billing person told me the t-shirt is not in the system he cant get me the bill, first I dont understand what he is trying to say, because this situation never ever happen before to me, I ask him that give me then another one which is in your system because I liked the product, he refuses that he is unable to process the bill, may be it will take whole long day if he started to get it on the system. I thought may be he was right. Few hours later as I was on the same location so I thought to recheck it, may be it was in the system and I can purchase it. So I go there and ask for the same and that time also he gives me the same reason, so I ask him, if the product was not in the system then why are you guys kept it on the display till now, is this any kind of harrasment do you guys want to create with the customers??? So I decided to talk to with the Floor Manager, and told them to call him. Suddenly that time whole situation started working so fast that I have to wait there few minutes to avail the product. Wow!! But they still kept arguing with me that they are right and I am wrong, but they still did not call the manager to talk to me. As I am not there to judge them that they are right or wrong. I had go there for shopping and spent a good time, may be I have just brought one thing, that was not so expensive, if this is so, then please mention it earlier that if you have any minimum fixed amount for billing either or we cant purchase it. Please dont harras people or ruins anyones valuable time. 🙏Please check your 8th April CCTV footage, arround 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. for my statement to varification. The billing person is on left corner of the upstair gents section his name is like Paul Mallick, I dont know is it right or wrong.
