They have comprised on various things...we are experiencing cracks on walls just after 3 months of newly constructed apartment in Kannur. They have compromised with lots of things...especially the quality....never trust them.I can see lots of PVS staff posting their positive reviews here to protect their company.

The complaints projected are not responding timely. The cracks developed on the walls earlier are still existing and new cracks are developing in all the rooms. For hiding the cracks builders find the solution by pasting wallpaper which is something auspicious. Electrical complaints also exist. Door locks are not functioning properly. With these problems we are fear to stay in the flat.

I think i took the best decision to choose pvs builders. They have a pleasing customer service. The coustomer issues projected have been cleared on time and my family and myself is very happy with the home.

I had visited two model flats in Calicut ie 50 cross roads and Emerald . The craftsmanship and materials used are of super quality and also the location. I have never experienced such a mockup flat in Calicut which contains all luxuries under one roof. The super luxurious flat at 50 cross roads will b an owners pride.
