This review is for online purchase.if an item is available in stock, probably no drama; but if the item is out of stock, then this business struggles. I ordered a sari, and even after 5 days it wasnt dispatched. After following up twice I was told the pincode is not serviceable by their courier. This company didnt check check the serviceability of a postcode which even bluedart provides service. This company also didnt communicate that they cant send. It looks like this item is shipped directly from a factory far away.Then started a series of follow ups. Common behavior is customer always need to ask what is happening twice/thrice to get an update on what the business have committed to do.Long story short - I was told my item is shipped after 15 days of ordering ; no tracking a number or dispatch confirmation email yet. Keeping my fingers crossed until the next follow up.
