Not much staffs available. but they have good fresh products and good offer in products

Considering other super markets from reliance this one is a little untidy I would say. Feels like this place could be a bit more customer friendly n kept in order so that customers finds it easy to pick the stuffs required.

No replenishment of stocks. I wanted to buy some organic grocery seen on previous visit, but could not find them

Selections are not better than local market. Some time we get irresistible offers in certain products, we never wanted to purchase.

This place have enough collection of groceries, fruits and vegetables.It would be good to buy products when there is a deals/offer.Products are very reasonable and neatly arranged.Staffs are decent and well mannered.Parking space is there, but during peak hours its difficult to get space.

Every home needs available.Online payment like phonepay ,paytm ,mobikwik, freecharge are working. Not working Google pay and UPI scanning.

Excellent place for shoping I have seen so far at kozhikode comparing to others.

During these pandemic times, one would expect a corporate brand store like Reliance to ensure their employees behave responsibly by maintaining social distancing, wearing masks and not crowding the store spaces unnecessarily. However I visited the store on a November morning as was shocked to see more than 15 employees in a store that has hardly 500 sq feet of walking space aisles. Apart from that there were 3 headload workers adding to the crowd holding hands and loitering, they had no business being inside. Even 7-8 of the 15 store employees were idling around endangering customers.Shame that people behave so irresponsibly in a state like Kerala which prides itself in being so literate and forward thinking.

Bought rice, groceries, dates, crockery items.. Overall good experience.. Vegetabls groceries all are available.. Its a big outlet.. Enough stock is there..

Shop is good but the fruits are not fresh even shop has fresh in the name. Bought 3kg of orange all are bad in smell and taste.

An average supermarket with all essential commodities.

A spot which out if major city crowd. Everything is available. Fresh vegetables and fruits are also daily refilled. Almost majority brands and volume is also good. These days they offer door delivery and packing before we reach through watsapp communication. Good employees trying meet customers requirements.

Good place to get many essential items. Vegetables are good many a times. Some raste items in this area like sweet corn... And for people from other regions sweets like shrikhand are available here

Congested ,not well organised

Reasonably spacious car parking. You get almost every essential items including vegetables from the store. Arranged the items neatly

First thing to be said is about the staffs as they are really helpful and well informative. Almost all the items are available here and there is not much crowd in normal time unlike other supermarkets.

Compared to local veg dealers the vegetables available here are relatively fresh. But glad you wish to buy bananas I wouldnt recommend this place.Limited car parking area is available but it is not neatly maintained.

If you are looking for rare to find groceries, such as a one-kg yogurt or granola or museli, here is the place. Among fruits, Watermelons maintain good quality always.

Good. Parking is difficult because of SBI in the same building. Security personnel wont help you if someone parks car by blocking yours. and PS: please cross check bills after purchase.

Reliance Fresh offers good commodities at affordable prizes. The fruits&some times vegetable go inferior due to the wholesale collection of articles. But customers have option to choose. The new supervisors evince keen interest in customer comforts &do their duty effectively. The most beneficial thing is due its existence other outlet behave properly. Its a good experience.

A good super market where you can find almost all items at anytime of the year. Only problem is they change the position of items every now and then that, even if u r a regular customer we have to search all around for items.

The go to place for instant needs but the billing is always slow. Theres mostly one desk active despite many staffs talking around.

Good place to buy vegetables, milk etc we will get lot of verity on this, and in the case of fruits the price will vary from time to time I can tell all the times the price is cheaper, mostly it is in higher sideThe MRP items they will offer 2% discount is there that make difference and the only big thing is that please verify the offer amount with bill to ensure that the discount offered had passed to you
