I had a great time. Love the way they handled. Took me in on the right time of appointment. The person who cut my hair asked precise questions as to understand my requirements and cut perfectly as I wanted. Wife got a beautiful threading done too in the meantime. Will definitely go there as a regular customer.

The saloon was a dreadful experience for me. I made an appointment and was seen after one hour of waiting. The person who cut my hair was excellent, but the management lady lacked professionalism and had no ethics when it came to speaking with or dealing with customers. We were on the verge of getting into a disagreement, and all I wanted was for my hair to get cut because the lady who served me was pleasant.Only then did I decide to write the review and save everyone who is reading it. I was so frustrated that as I was ready to leave, the lady approached me and, to my astonishment, began speaking sweetly. When I inquired as to why, she stated that customer happiness is very important to us.Im not sure whether its their tagline or whatever, but it didnt appear that customer happiness was essential to them at first, based on the behavior I received . I would never suggest it to anyone, and I will never return

I had a super boy hair cut..with extremely disappointed gender partiality service... Their boys haircut is starting from 300rs and for girls its 500rs..iam already having bobbed hair and after done my hair a boy style cut.. they priced it 1000 rs..😤😐 and when asked why they told coz for girls its an advanced hair cut style thats why but why dude anyways I already had short hair and no other styling or design works were done on my hair!!!🤷🏻 Its so soo soo unfair to give 500rs extra... its like why? I cant understand! what they think from where the cash comes for girls?!😐🙄😳 And its done beautifully!

Had a really great haircut with a blunt loose scissor and a very relaxing hairspa. But everything else was a mess.We were told to come at 9 AM, after booking an appointment and clearly mentioning the exact services needed. BUT STILL, the salon didnt open till 9:10, they made us sit for a while in the entrance area with just a repeated play of Asianet Factory Reset Setting video, and no fan or AC. Here, the manager asked once again what services we require. Told them. Next, we were taken into womens section, where we sat for another half an hour. The service staff AGAIN asked what services we need. (Why did we even BOOK an appointment?) The staff did not even wear mask while asking this question. None of the Covid protocols for customers were followed. The staff wore masks only once the work started. The entire section was dirty and full of hair. I really hope this is a one time experience. Cause I look forward to doing the hairspa again.P. S I didnt wanna take any photos of other parts but there were some areas where there was hair clumps gathered. I guess they were waiting for the cleaning staff to do the work later.

I was given an appointment for haircut at 7 pm with their stylist Mr Shameem .I reached the saloon at 6:50pm (Mistake from my part that i reached before time).I was asked to wait by the lady at reception as the stylist was attending another client and i kept on waiting till 7:25 .Finally the stylist came and the receptionist showed a gesture suggesting he will attend soon.But after 10 minutes when i checked he started attending another client .I didn’t utter a single word and simply walked out of that place .Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional approach of this staff .They had given an appointment at 7 and I waited till 7 30 still at that point I was okay as sometimes the timing with clients may vary depending upon the service.But even after finishing that they didnt even bother me to ask before attending another client,(incase that client had some emergency) making me sit like a fool.Truly disappointed and never ever will i suggest this saloon to anyone . Those who value their time should never visit this saloon bcoz they genuinely doesn’t value your time ..

I had booked an appointment and gone there for Pedicure. The place was crowded but glad that I booked an appointment. Opted for the ADV Pedicure which is Rs. 1000 bucks including taxes. They did a great job on the Pedicure, would definitely go back!

Went there along with my wife and sister in-law for there threading of eyebrows. The ambiance and hygiene are good. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They say they regularly come here for waxing,facial& threading and according to them this is a good and affordable place. Though in my opinion i find the rates pricey than regular.

The place seems well kept and has well mannered staff. They could ve kept their decor cleaner thats the reason for the 3 star. Otherwise service and staff gets a 4 star from me.

Giving 1 star just to review this place. My experience was worth of a whopping 0 stars. The staff who does facial clearly doesn’t know what he was doing. I had done a facial worth 4000/- and it ended up making my skin dull and I have a reaction around my nose. Never going to visit this place ever again.

Its one of the best saloon and spa in Calicut, Almost 50 kms away from home town, but I visited. so many times i loved the ambience there and also the staff is very costumer friendly. I recommended to ma friends because the budget also average. And more they are keeping safety and secure of costumers. Its very good at this time. Keep it up guys....!

The haircut was not worth the price they are asking for. There is no advantage of a premium salon in terms of their service. There was no assistance provided while cutting the hair. Customer satisfaction is least considered.They assigned a beginner for my hair cut. He was just average in his work. I expected a lot from this salon and had the worst of experiences.

I went there for a hair cut and colouring with my friend. Very poor service from the staff. Not at all friendly. They were treating us like they are giving some charity for us. Really hated this kind of an attitude.

Worst experience ever in calicut. Totally Ill mannered servire .I took appointment five hours before my visit to salon .they Made me wait for almost 30 min in the room after dress change, for waxing . When I called to reception, a guy said his wife is on leave so he is not able to handle the appointments. And after I walked in a lady came in for eyebrows so he thought the person whom I took appointment with will do that first and make me wait .they were beyond unprofessional. They don’t value our money nor time .

Good ambiance...good front desk service..Charges are a bit high when compared to other parlour in the city. Difficult to communicate to the employees in the local language which might reduce the customer flow.

I went there twice. I am totally happy with the way Vishnu, hairstylist there handled my beard and hair.

Less courteous staff and slow serviceNo smile or greeting while i was waiting at the reception. The staff was not even bothered.I need a hair cut for my kid and myself, how much does it cost? Can i pay by card?There were no customers.All the staffs were chatting and on mobile phone.First they told one rate and changed it during the work.Asked to pay extra 18% if paying by card.Even though there were staff available , they were not willing to service both of us together.Air conditioner was not properly working.Generator back up was poor and have to stay in darkness for long during the service.
