From banglore to calicut it is taking 8 days and still not delivered. Very much agitated with your courier service.

Worst customer service in this city. They will never be polite and never help you with getting the details from them.

They never deliver to customer site. They always make a phone call and ask to collect from their office. Previously they returned my courier without make a call to me. Another time they done same but I called the booking agent. Then he arranged resend the item and I got it late by more than a week from cochin itself

Very bad service.One staff mr. Ashraf is not even responding to what client asks, He was scrolling his personal whatsapp messages for 10 mnts when i went there. I asked him to check whether delivery works or not at recipient address. He was not even responding for that.
