Kind attn: Customer Service TeamI have purchased 2 sandals and one shoe from your show room. One sandal was purchased on 18-10-18 and next 2 pairs on 22-01-19.I regret to inform you that you have to please work on quality of your sandals. The first one was 2007 pine on which the sole is teared apart. Please note i couldnt even use it for 6 months.On the next purchase shoe is still in good shape because i use it rarely. But my other sandal insole is damaged and it keeps on getting crushed and started giving me leg pains. While purchasing i was told that i can replace inner sole only, if necessary. But today when i called up the showroom they said they dont have it in stock and when i requested to put an order for the same they informed me they dont have such an option.It will be great if you can arrange to sent me the sole so that i can atleast use one of the sandals.I have purchased Doc & Mark hoping to get a quality product which lasts long and also hoping to get good service. Regret to inform you it was not so in my case. I hope you will look in to the matter seriously and resolve asap.

I am a regular buyer of D&M from last 10 years, but today I am very unhappy to share you my experience with is calicut branch after buying my shoes. The quality of the product was very poor and not worth of buying for such bad quality leather. Because the leather started peeling out after 15days of Purchase. Therefore I approached their branch at calicut and showed him this shoes, so on off their staff simply conveyed me that I should not be using this shoes while driving and this was happened because put more pressure on the heal said that’s why it’s getting damaged.First time I am hearing that I should not be wearing shoes while driving....... what should I say? You lost one customer Mr. D&K also I will ensure you will lose another 10k user minimum with my influence.And the guy who was there at shop today, he was treated so nicely when I brought this shoes. But today the way he responded was really not satisfied or convincing.However, I have paid 4K for this shoes and no other option except using and utilities my money.

It is not a very big shop, but is very well located on Cherooty Road. They have a limited but classy selection of good quality leather goods for men. The staff is extremely helpful and well mannered, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
