I was a student of direction from 2019 january and their hostel inmate. At the time of admission I paid rs 4000/- as caution deposit. I vacated from there on 2020 feb last week. From 2020 October onwards Im calling them for the refund of caution deposit. Till now I didnt get the CD. Its been 1 and half years that I vacated from the hostel and 1YEAR that Im calling them for the refund. Now they are not attending the calls. July 2021 last week they gave me a number and told me he is the one who is now handling caution deposit. After 2-3 days of calling at last they attended my call and told me to send the receipt of CD and a request for refund... I send the same to the number. Its been 1/12 months , I tried to call to that number but it is switched off. And also I called to direction they are not attending the call. Irresponsible behavior from direction. Its not only me there are a number of students known to me didnt get the caution deposit back. Actually I dont know whether a single person from the hostel after corona got the refund. If we call them for a course enquiry they will contact us multiple times. At that time their customer service is excellent but when in the case of refund they are worst.

All they provide is fake promises... Direction was good when it had good faculties long back. And now those who have joined is trapped. They get the full amount settled by saying some sort of offer and common people like us seeing the discount pays the full cash. Once realizing the mistake we ask for refund.. Then either they seem to answer once just calming us down. Later on they block us or never reply. All those students who joined in our batch joined the institution seeing the previous records of people who cleared bank exams. Later we came to know that they were exploiting the opportunity with previous results and without any experienced faculties left with them. So pls dont be trapped. There are many Institutes where u could get good sessions from experienced faculties in an affordable rate. Pls dont be decieved. If there was an option to rate 0 stars then I would definitely go for it.

Payaya pradabam onnum Bank coaching nn illa ivede. Aarum chenn pedenda. Fraud institution. After joining they wont hear our complaints. If we call or whatsapp them. They wont respond. Full udayip aan. Nalla faculties oke vere institution start aakiyind. Better join there.

For online course They don’t have professional approach to students. They even not picking up phone call. No option for doubt clearing.not providing any study materials they simply playing old recorded video without any order from there very bad, crashing application. I’m planning to go for legal action

Not providing online course as per their promise.No live class,Occasionally they upload some videos ( which is of good use, no doubt).But they are not uploading or taking live class regularly, ssc cgl is one month away.They have promised 50 mock test, but now not even 10 tests are available.I think they want students to do remaining test once SSC CGL is over.When enquired they simply pass the blame on to corona situation.At the same time I can see their new advertisements for bank coaching everywhere ( I dont know how they are doing this during corona :p)

If u have good basic then you can join here otherwise you will get disappointed

One of the worst managements i hv ever seen. They need only our fees will not accept our feedback. If u r good at ur basics and had undergne any other coachng , then u can easily crack their ideas otherwise it will be an utter waste of money and time. Conjstd classrooms with some illiterate teaching staffs. They wont give any individual attention too.

Unfortunately very bad experience. I was called for an interview. Waited for long time to get attended by HR person, who was so rude in her behaviour and treated all the interview candidates like dirt. She may have an MBA. However, she proved that qualification is not enough to provide customer service. Came to know from other interview candidates that this type of behaviour is very common. I felt I wasted my time.We were asked to fill up many papers witg repeated information. At last i was guided to a third party HR organisation. The person was so disapointing and all the time was comparing his career and life situation with mine. He got jealous with my international experience and qualifications and ended up in not going ahead with my interview. He requested to send an email with some documents and promised that he will contact me immediately. After so many days, still did not receive a call from him. So pathetic organisation and interview process!!! I wish i can speak my experience witb some one there with more common sense. Need to improve in many areas!!!.
