Unsatisfied and bad service ,they cheated us I have a problem on my aspire headlights( with warranty) its glass cracked and they said they will replace it for free and requested us to reach the service center.unfortunately they said come after two days due to an application request.but they didnt called yet,now the warranty period is over ,cheated....

Bought my car from another dealership, and started going to PVS Ford for service. After two service visits, I am very happy about the quality of work and the experience with service advisors. Car is returned exactly how I wanted it to be. Reasonable cost and timely delivery too.

Very bad experience..These people play with our time, I have booked a car and cancelled due to their irresponsibility and they never followed our concerns and refund process. Need to train them on how to treat a customer. They just welcome at door.. rest of the things are blah blah blah!

Pathetic service!!!!!If any of ur car met with accident and if there is any way..by which ur amount is getting transferd to service centre from surveyor/insurance parties..to your account..please opt out..Coz in this technologically advanced banking world..PVS is still opting to send fund via cheque..which need to be signed by their MD, who will be on leave most of the time..In short they will hold ur fund minimum for 5-6 daysw needed to be credited within maximum one hr saying..MD is on leave..no one else to sign..the cheque..Facing one of the worst service ever from pvs ford kannur and Calicut..

The sales team at pvs ford might not give you complete details when you go to purchase a car. As in my case they told me that once the gst system gets implemented the price of the car which i was going to purchase will go up and they made me buy the car before the gst was implemented. But the price actually went down afterwards which incurred me a lose of around 10000.The maintainance team on the other hand were truly friendly with the customers.

Average Quality Of Service and Customer Care . Ford Needs a better Service Center in town than this . Will recommend not to use this service center if you have better ones available . The cordination of whole team is below average

Such a BAD customer service, I have initially booked a vehicle and later cancelled with all the required documentation, Now its almost 2 months and im still following up to get back my money. Nabil (ASM)@ PVS Ford Meenchanda branch is pathetically bad at customer service and had no interest in following up even after regular calls from me. I would request Ford to kindly look into the matter. As a customer I would never recommend PVS Ford Meenchanda branch for any business

Yesterday my dad gave our ford ikon for service, our main issue was about the alignment,a day after spending Rs 7000 they delivered the vehicle in a pathetic condition, the whole gear lever is shifted to the driver seat, i cant even put the reverse gear and cant drive the car properly , very bad service am totally disturbed .. pathetic service. Please buy ford from some other dealer at least dont go for service try some other service center.

I am constrained to EXPOSE this Fraud Agent!(Please read my bad experience below)Any Alternatives than this Fraud Agent:ALY Ford on Kannur Road at Calicut(They are New, thus comparatively trustable)What I Learned:Buying a Car is an One-Time Process, BUTMaintaining a Car is a Life-Time Process.Worst case of Helplessness:Unfortunately, for such Service & Maintenance, we depend on the Agents of the Company like PVS Ford, who have hired as many as FRAUDS to maintain our vehicle (where for sure the Hirer is too a FRAUD); who is the CALICUT, KANNUR, MALAPPURAM Agents for the Ford Company. And this is the ONLY place where we get the SPARE PARTS for the FORD vehicles& which is NOT AVAILABLE in the Market i.e. outside the Ford Agents.Consequences of Pursuing:Vehicle was INEXPENSIVE while buying.But, very COSTLY on maintenance, the reality which I came to know only after buying the Car and which I have to bear for my mistake, believing that its for my own Car.But, yet it not ends there, cos if you approach these fraud agents, whom we assume to be the God awaiting us to rectify our vehicle to a good health. Whereas, in reality, it is just the Opposite & thats where they loot us.like as an example, Ford Fiesta broke down on the way suddenly & was carried to these Frauds (PVS Ford), they give a diagnosis of Fuel Pump & some other things failure, that quoted me Rps.60,000/-, which infact did not have any problem, instead it was just an ALTERNATOR FAILURE, when carried to an outside normal Car Electrician & was rectified it by replacing it with only Rs.15,000/-.I got the part from a Garage who managed to buy from outside the state, as PVS Ford were not ready to give the Alternator, unless you pay for its Fitting & rectifying Labour cost that quoted me about Rps.31,000/-.See guys, here, we are trying to limit the EXPENSE in to our current month BUDGET, there they are UTILISING our innocency to the maximum, to ACHIEVE their Monthly Part Sale Target!!!Now, the option left to you all to decide whether to buy FORD VEHICLES here or not!NB: I felt like sharing my experience because If we keep silence about our bad experience of being Cheated / Looted when approached these Fraud Agents to avail their service, it could be an opportunity for them to become a big Looter (infact, they are!), where we, the users, are the Sufferers, due to our Silence.(I bought this vehicle in 2008 & I never took it to any local garage even for a silly problem. Until these 10 years, I only took it to PVS Ford & Muthoot Ford (Closed) only. Whenever taken the vehicle, they always ask for the date of purchase (Model) instead of diagnosing the actual issue & quote a big list. Now, I wonder how much would have I lost by this 10-years!!!)

Very good service experience. I was planning to sell my vehicle after a year due to the head ache at service centres (Kottayam, Ernakulam)and multiple revisits after a service. While visiting calicut I tried PVS and due to the professional approach I maintained the car for another 3 years (remaining all service done at PVS calicut) and the car crossed 1lakh KM with ease.
