Very bad service and attitude of the counter staff . We ordered for photo mug yesterday morning as a wedding anniversary gift and asked if they can deliver the same day evening itself. The lady staff ensured that once the design is finalized, the mug can be delivered in 10 minutes. The design was finalized at 3:05 pm yesterday. When I enquired after the design was finalized, the lady said , it will be ready by 6pm. I called at 6.18 pm and then the lady said you can start , it will be ready by 10 minutes. I called at 6.37pm again and then a man picked up the phone and said , it will take half an hour. Then I went to the studio at 7.30 pm on the way to the function to collect the gift . Then I realized it is not yet done!!! How should I react?? And the attitude of the man sitting on the counter was ridiculous!! Finally I had to walk out without carrying any gift for the function!!There werent even apologetic for being so irresponsible!!Why giving false commitments if you cannot deliver it??It is also not acceptable that there was minor typing error as I had followed up atleast thrice in the evening and clarified what was required. And I even called when we were on the way to the studio and the reply we got is it will be ready in 5 minutes. Even when I reached there, the man in the counter said it is ready and they have to just bring it. When he called the staff, he found that they have not started yet!! This cannot be treated as minor typing error. This is pure negligence and irresponsibility. We had to go to the function without any gifts and felt so ashamed!! It was too late to try other options at that point of time.

Very bad experience of service, the lady I er there is not even show the interest to hear what we are saying....Very very bad experience.....🙄🙄🤔🤭At least with a minimum commonsense for the mistake they can say a sorry....🤫🤫🤯Even though that also not happened...😠😠😠

Photos and photographs are good but the front desk lady and their behaviour is intolerable. And getting the photos from them is a difficulty. Numerous calls to be made from our side to know the status. There is no customer courtesy from their side

Great studio services and outstanding customer experience 👏Thank you RK team😍

Super studio family and get it frames with very reasonable price 🙌

Excellent family. photography and good framing.... superb Thank you RK studio for. capturing such beautiful candid photography

One of the best studio in Calicut..good customer service.photos, framing works are extremely good in quality....

One of best studios in Calicut

I cannot thank RK Studio enough for the 24x36 large print they did for me. Based on their advise, I also got the Matte lamination done on the print and I am impressed with the end result!Thank you, Rakesh!

Professional photographer, catching the moods & providing snaps which is of far higher clarity than we think of.

I just had an amazing customer service from you, Thank you.I was in need of a passport size photo in business casual during an international trip. Checked the mail, unfortunately only soft copy I had was taken in casual dress from RK studios long back.Searched for their phone number in google and asked whether they can edit the pic. It was early morning there, and within short time he mailed me back the edited photo. This made my day. Thanks for the quick action.

Felt a bit expensive, it costed 180rs just to print 8passport size photos.Picture I had given, so basically no editing work also

Photos are good...but customer relation is very poor...I went there five times to collect photos..but didnt get..once they give print..but its damaged...

A best place for photography, nice owner and staffEasy accessible location, near by private bus stand at mavoor road. The place is kept clean and hygienic.Limited parking facility available infront of the shop and No wheelchair available.

Best studio in calicut. Friendly staff and great works. Reasonable rate and best customer service. I must recommend everyone to visit this studio.

The mementos are really superb and unique .As a President of Rotary Cyber City I have ordered many awards and Momentous from RK Studio . They have delivered on time and created it with great perfection.

Service and product not up to the mark

Excellent service.Really satisfied with the photosKudos to the superb camera men there.Inside of the studio needs some improvement.

Excellent photographer, very patient with the children to get the best click! However, very limited space and moderate facilities. Location is at Mavoor Road, just opposit the Moffusil Stand ; that is at the heart of the city

Very professional team is there. Fully satisfied

If you get in to studio where your photo to be taken.its just a junk yard.

I got my old photos restored and made into an album. Costed me 7000₹ for 32 pages and147 pics but they did a fabulous job and on time.

One of the best studios in calicut... I liked ot very much.. awesome quality photos and very nice staff behaviour... customer friendly

Service need to change i to better:I took a passportsize photo , They promice 30 mnts.but they given after 2 hours only and that print quality is very poor.

Not bad, and nothing special.thats all

The best studio I have ever come across in Kerala. Their works are phenomenal. Me and my institutes have benefited a lot, due to the highest qualities of their exceptional works. Thank you RK studio

The staff at this studio is just unbearable. The lady staffs are good but the male staffs are just not showing any interest in what the customer needs.I had given them some photos to print and frame them. They changed the photo background and the frame was also not satisfactory. It was costly too when i compared it with some other studios in palayam and sm street. RK studios male staff should either learn to behave to their customers and do what the customer asked them to do.Poor service delivery

Good photography.

Good studio with affordable price.

I took a passport size photo from rk studio, the guy who took photo and edited knows his work very well, he know how to talk to customer, but the lady who sit on the counter doesnt know very well though. the price for 8 photos is ₹200, I gave her a ₹500, suddenly her face becomes red, she didnt have a change for 500 in a kind of rude way. She didnt even look at my face. Instead she could say to me nicely that she didnt have change. She needs to learn how to talk to customers or otherwise they may loss customers alot, RK studios is quite famous in kozhikode

Good photos and good service. Located at a good place in the heart of Kozhikode.

I love it ... The studio is captured beautiful moments of loving couple.. i experienced that moments

Really good studio. I had my passport size photo taken in 5mins.

Very pooor performance. .. very slow for a single photo. .. kt takes two days for them to work on a couple of photos.

A studio with skilled technicians and vreat potential for growth.. However theor customer relations are not satisfactory and reccureny fails to keep up the schedules.

Photographer is good, but wont give you the photo in the time they promise. So always call before you go to collect the photo, or otherwise once you arrive only, they will start the work.

Nice work and really nice service

Very good service , affordable price , good team work
