Hi,I am an owner of a retail space in the HILITE mall, I had purchase this space prior to the mall opening in 2012 and subsequently i received my monthly returns as per the contract over the couple of years. However there was no increase in the monthly returns over the years.Last year due to the pandemic they had request 50% percent reduction for 2020 rental return which I obliged given the circumstances. They have proceeded to drop the rental return in the 2021 by about 10k INR per month even though I am sure they are getting high rental returns from the tenant.They are been un responsive to my multiple of emails sent to them. New buyers please be aware of drop in service support.

Dont trust them, they just take your money and does not care to pay the guaranteed rentals regularly. Some months are paid some are not paid. They dont even bother to reply you. Very unprofessional and irresponsible staff.
