This company is trash. They approached me saying they could provide me with a method of doing autopay on the loans we manage. We paid them $3200 to provide me the solution they approached me telling me they could do. They never even submitted any code for this. They just said there were working on it for a month and a half. Then said they were unable to provide the solution. Didnt offer me a refund and in stead said theyd need more money to provide the solution.Terrible service, I absolutely recommend you look elsewhere if you have a running instance of odoo and need help. They are criminals and almost got me fired for my job since I hired them. After thier representing sold me on providing the solution.The developer they provided clearly didnt have any knowledge of the technology they told me they would be able to help me with.

I have been using the Odoo 13 community version for quite a long time now and was completely satisfied with it. However, due to my needs in business, I was bound to implement various free third-party applications to run the various process of the business. Initially, there was a compatibility issue as the applications that I installed. This is when I approached cybrosis for support and purchased the 499$ support package. My odoo had issues in regards to bugs and functions due to the various apps. Regarding the support, whenever I raise a ticket for support, a Support Engineer will reach out to fix the bug, and help me to run my odoo. In addition, they also gave me certain insight into the functional aspects and the best practices to run the odoo, especially in regards to the accounting module. One issue that I was concerned about was, each time when I raised a ticket a different Support Engineer approached me and thought that I had to explain the platform and my business again and again which usually happens with support really concred me. However, this was not the case with them. although I had different Support Engineers at each time they were well versed in the platform and were able to grasp the operations of my platform within a fraction of minutes without wasting my time.I was happy with cybosis odoo support.

Today its been over a year that I have been working as a Content Writer for Cybrosys and I have been through every process related to the companys functioning, co-working with different teams for the excellence of the firm. Up until today, I have never felt the pressure from my Team Lead as well as the Project Manager, I think its the understanding nature of the staff over here that has made them bring in a stress-free culture in the organization. Moreover, our CEO is extremely supportive of our endeavors and cares for everyones well-being rather than focusing on the task to be completed.One thing that Im entirely proud of is the company culture where we have a parallel set of hierarchical environments and a friendly approach from all the members of the family. With regular gatherings both cultures, as well as corporate have paved the way for me to connect with my colleagues and every member of the organization. Though the pandemic situation has brought in certain limitations, the Project manager, Team leads, and the HR department focuses on keeping the employees engaged and connected with various team-building activities and support.With regularized hikes as well as attractive remuneration as per the market standards, I would say Cybrosys Technologies is one of the best places to start your career as well as join in if youre looking for an organizational change. Cybrosys Technologies has been the best chapter of my life and Im entirely sure that it will be yours too.

Let me admit first that my profession is proficient with Cybrosys. I am listing out why so !..I was fresh in the job scenario… Though holding academic certifications in hand, I was hopefully jobless until I got a golden job opportunity with..Here begins my professional career. Afresh (as a Content writer), as almost all are, I felt sophisticated with unfamiliar vocabularies like ERP , Odoo, Technology... but later on it became my part of life. Indeed, the job was good vocally, but not as easy as in real life. During my first days, I confronted many hassles that were too high-jumped, like family as a matter of fact, and so on.When I Went through the first lines of Technological verbosity and reading, I was very frustrated and confused. Just looked here and there and sometimes upward.. After some days, with my well planned training session, those anonymous words became my favourite friends of my professional world, and those commandings and orders from my top leaders, and co-workers became my dreamy lights throughout my passage.Co-friendliness , supportiveness, though online still feel like work at the office, best caring from company, relevant remunerations and gift vouchers, weekend mock ups (first time in my life I presented a topic on health) and so on..!Infact, team Cybrosys gives a lot to my professional and personal life...I Express my gratitude towards Cybrosys Technologies in general, and to, CEO, PM, Team Leader in particular…!!

WORST software development company for ODOO! Most reviews below are from employees, not from customers!See attachment of the development of a report, this is a BOM report (same as normal BOM report but with some changes to it). The work overview is without all extra hours spend on fixing cross module issues.We hired for 4 months, we have never been so dissapointed with hiring offshore. Currently we hire through several suppliers, Cybrosys really gave us the worst experience so far.- No knowledge of business process of Odoo; they solve 1 thing but break standard Odoo. The worst thing is, you ask for a simple solution, they break Odoo and you have to pay for the hours to fix which they broke. So every small tasks ends up being a larger one which costs you so much more money;- Only couple of skilled developers; most developers have to ask everything to their teamlead, simply because they do not understand coding / Odoo. Therefore a simple change takes 3 to 4 times a long as our local developer does it;- Testing is not done; they say they test the solution but when you test it yourself you find many issues. This means that you pay for their testing but eventually have to spend time yourself and communicate the issue. Also they will not admit they did not test, it just worked in their test but they have not proof;- Always delay in delivering solutions; You will never meet your deadline, simple report changes take 4 hours (we can do it ourselves in 15 minutes). We have 1 example where a report development took 10 days to develop:
