Found that many brands could start their bussiness here. This lies in the heart of the city of kozhikode

Even-though its situated in the main area of Kozhikode city, many of the rooms are still unoccupied. The Direction Group of institutions occupies third and fourth floor, and it has a Flight crew training institute in the fifth or sixth floor. In the first floor you can see a Woodland store, A Bridal boutique and a Thomas cook travel service. In the second floor there is a Beauty parlor and Oman air travel services. This place used to be vacant mostly. The Parking is ambient for two wheeler, but four wheeler parking is bit congested.

Its in mavoor road, 200 m approximately from Kozhikode ksrtc stand. Back of mavoor road bus stop. Opposite of kurishupally.

Its not a shopping mall like the tag says. Its located at a convenient place, right behind mavoor road bus stop. They might have intended it to be a shopping mall but right now the building is occupied by various institutions. The ground floor has Thomas cook foreign exchange stuff and couple other offices. Second floor has one foreign studies brokering agency and third floor onwards it belongs to Direction group of institutions. Bank coaching, PSC coaching, SSC coaching... You name it they got it. Leading coaching centre in terms of both number of students appearing and qualifying.

A large no of establishments are present in this multi stories building...There are two working elevators and staricases for easy movement between floors....There are some educational offices in this building including Direction which is one of the best coaching centres in Kerala for Banking ,SSC, PSC and such...also some other commercial establishments are also present...The building is accessible easily since all the buses pass through here or learby areas

Direction school for competitive exams . Staffs and management are friendly. Extensive computer lab facility.

You can find premier bank coaching institute there..not only banking but for every competeative exam..

The Sky Tower is a building located on Mavoor Road in Kozhikode. There are also various types of coaching centers and specialty vendors like Easy Cook.
