Very friendly and helpful staff, good eye testing and varietys of collections.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good ambience.Choice of frames available are good, but shall try to include more varities....

Veritys of collections are available here but after sales service is very bad .

Very nice experience i had.Mr.Mrudul, optometrist identified an eye problem when I visited that store for changing my spectacle. After that I did a procedure and his timely advice helped me.The branch manager lady also very nicely dealing with customers.Highly satisfied whenever I visit this store.

Exceptionally good customer service by Ms. Sharanya , the store manager. I went there with a broken frame. She patiently helped to fit other available frames that fit my lens size. When nothing worked, was generous enough to help fix the frame temporarily with glue. And did not charge for the same. Highly recommend the store.

Good eye test place and had hugeeeee selections but my eyes were goodAnd now I’m sadBecause I wanted glasses

Very friendly and helpful staff.....nice experience.....

Just visited the titan eyeplus showroom, kozhikode, to buy reading glasses. They have a good collection of all types of glasses and sunglasses. Neatly maintained space with well behaved staff. Totally satisfied.

Not at all eligible for a single star rating, worst sunglasses i have ever seen....if you guys are using the fast track sun glasses pls take a fridge or AC with u, it also needs cooling...if it is in hot weather it will break(the frame). the interesting thing is that the warranty staffs will blame you for the breakage and also they will not provide warranty for the breakage....the frame material quality is very poor....i dont know, what is the purpose of fastrack sun glass which cant be used in hot sunlight...worst product and worst response.....

I had a very bad experience on 20/12/2020 exactly 11.05 AM in terms of customer handling and resolving skill against query. Even I got a good response from Trichur eye plus. They only sent to me here calicut to resolve the problem. Simply denied and that forced me to get out from there. They coul give some other option bu not. These pathetic dealing will ruin your dignity. As somebody said, not deserving single * rating.I have seen your reply as well, dont you suggest that you could change the frame only instead of giving breakage policy. My glass was good, only frame got broke. Giving solution is ultimate for a customer rather than giving policy.

Really good customer service!

Wonderful experience.........the store manager sharanya is doing a great job. Excellent customer care...

Sharanya’s exceptional customer service is a class apart and truly above and beyond service quality from the overall store.

Not worthy and Customer care is zero. Im the Customer for Titan Eye plus for last 15 years and along with my family and friends. Stop giving references to all no use after giving mail to.custumer care also. Such a horrible and pathetic dealing. Please avoid visiting this showroom. Better opt for some other brands

These are light weighted and are so comfortable that after a while I forget that Im even wearing them. The customer service offered to me by Sharanya is truly outstanding.. She explained every aspect and helped me choose the best for myself. Thanks a lot to Titan Eye Plus and their crew. Will certainly recommend to those who ask for suggestions.

>I have visited your showroom in Calicut just two days before.  I have purchased two reading glasses and ordered for one bifocal specs for me and wife.  I am aged 62 and have never had the fortune to visit your shop and come to know about the quality lenses to protect the eyes.  The glasses and ordered bifocal specs have cost me below Rs.4000/-.>>The reading glass is priced at Rs.500/- and at the very moment I wear the reading glass I can feel the difference from the past experience since I am 21 the day I started using bifocal lens.  Any how thanks for giving me ‘EYESIGHT’, the only one word I can give you in complement.>>Now I would like to opine a few words about my experience in your show room.  I think it may be apt to attach some photos of your own showroom to place my opinion regarding the way you have presented the appearance of your appearance.  I am very much impressed with the catch slogans, specifically with the catch words ‘YOU ARE SPECTACULAR’.  All are nice and this particular one is really commendable.  I would like to go on suggesting the same can be presented in a front view sight so that it can appeal to the people passby.>>And moreover I am pleased with the courteous behavior of your staff present there, for the pleasing and patient service.  Thank you.>>An awareness campaign may be started at government level and institution level to educate the people to us original and quality lens instead of using the low quality or bogus lenses, resulting in loss of sight.>>And lastly, I would like to go on to suggest that special discount for senior citizens may be given.>>TITAN PLUS inherits the quality derived by gene.>>KUDOS.

I have get a wonderful experience mainly for my eye test. Optometrist named laneesh has explained me about my refractive condition. Also he suggested me what type of lens and frame that for my convenient.Thank you titan for such a wonderful experience

Genuine lenses and frames they deliver. Yes you get exactly what ordered. I am saying this because many opticals in Kozhikode including big ones nearby take order and give another brand lens with no proper authenticity cards as its easy to cheat on opticals unlike other products as there is no brand marks on products especially on lenses. So even though they offer discounts they are giving this by changing brands, giving duplicate items etc so never fall on discount traps which optical shops offers to lure customers. Always make sure you are getting exact products you ordered. Make sure they are giving authenticity cards and uncutted lens coming in brand cover if buying branded lenses.Titan eyeplus service is very good, their staffs are very friendly and polite and serves the customers very well. They give correct prices after looking at the price sheets which is very accurate and reasonable. Also they take pupillary distance measurement before ordering lens which other optical shops not usually take. Its very important for getting better result. Also after sales is very good too. Overall titan eyeplus is the best choice for buying optical products in Kozhikode. Youll get genuine products at best prices from them. Highly recommended!

For some of you, this may be an ordinary thing. But to me, this incident totally stole my day. Now lets cut the chase and begin.Six months back, I have purchased a frame and lens from Titan EyePlus from their Calicut Showroom. I have been using this great product and it has never failed my vision even for a bit. This may seem a very normal incident in everyones lives who visited an eye wear showroom; it was the same for me too until yesterday when I received a call from Titan EyePlus me on my birthday. To be very frank, I am pretty social to people and I got lot of wishes on my birthday. But this time, it was totally different and for once I thought this was just a formal call on their routine work. But as they explained during the call, they said they are waiting for me to spend some time with me on my birthday. I was totally wordless and for a moment; I thought this is my best buddy trying some joke on me. Anyway, I was badly hooked up with some serious (Yes!!! dead serious) work at office. So I told them my situation, but they were ready to wait. Then, I was waiting to get relieved from my work, and time seems running very slow. Somehow I finished my work little earlier than before (Thats me in stealth mode) to know whats really going on with Titan EyePlus. So far my day was pretty good with wishes, greetings, and love from my guys and also surprised with a cake from my school friend; and I did not want a sad evening at this moment after all this fun. But what awaited me was completely different. As soon as I reached their showroom and entered inside, it was all like a party mood. People were greeting me, shaking my hands, and asking about my day. And you know the best part, A CAKE. They were waiting for me to cut the cake. The bash was really fun and I felt like one among their team. They never showed a businesslike manner as if I was once a customer of their services. But even for a customer, this was way too much, and to me they made my day. This really explains how a top level company treat their customers which in turn boost their success. Titan EyePlus deserves every praise in making my birthday one big day. Hats off to the Titan EyePlus team who organized everything.Allow me to quote one last thing.. Happiness Only Real When Shared

Good service. .....nice product. ...
