Its the 2nd day of my stay here. Came to calicut as part of my job n have to stay for 2weeks mostly. So, was searching for convenient hostels/rooms. While visiting another hostel, a resident of that place took me to this hostel running by an elderly person named Muneer Ikka. He gave me one room in a 2BHK flat. They have kept two cots in this room which means, it is a 2 sharing room. Fortunately, i got it as a single room for the time being. Another room in this flat has one bunk bed n 1 single cot which is a 3 sharing room.Rooms are small but clean. There is only one shared toilet/bathroom for both the rooms of the flat.For washing clothes, there is place behind the flats.The compound is maintained good although its situated in a dead end of a narrow pathway. Its accessible by either walking or two-wheeler from the beginning of Jail Road Junction in Mini Bypass through an unnamed narrow way.Food provided is not worst, but not upto the mark that one expect from a city like kozhikode which is famous for its cusines.Monthly rent is ike 5500 including food (3 times)Room rent alone is 3500, its not compulsory to have food from here. If u want, u can eat at ur convience by paying for what u eat that time.

Please dont choose this hostel...Food is not all good...It is not worth for the amount.. I can say that it may be the worst food you are getting from Calicut..Hostel rooms are neat and good since it is a new hostel...They may accomodate 3 or 4 people in a room..

@10 Sep 2018Its a new PG.Not so easy to find.The owner and others are very good people.Theyre very friendly and talkative.If you are at Calicut and in search of room, A phone call and theyll take you to the hostelRent Rs.6000 per bed incl food.Bed are not single, but like a double Decker.will fill the maximum people in a room, so youll never feel lonely there :P..We just went there for enquiry so didnt get a chance to taste food.
