Very Good Staff. Specially officer at the gate.Photocopy counter is crowded. So better to carry passport copy and adhar copy and any other copy from your home.

Very good office and friendly staffs for all passport related matters.The procedures are really quick and the token system is very efficient. The staffs at all counters are very well trained and quick and they are very happy to help customers.More over there is also a photostat stall inside the kendra which makes matters very easy.Overall i had an awesome experiance in Kozhikode passport seva kendra.

No walk-in appointment will be allowed for processing of passport applications. We need to apply in Passport Seva website and an appointment will be given. The staffs are managed by private organisation, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and hence very professional and highly trained. They will to sell a passport cover while processing applications, which is not worth the price. No dedicated parking area.

Overall i had a good experience there. Mainly for the customer relation staffs on the tocken counter theyre very well trained , they know how to handle people , theyre very prompt with all queries. A big thanks to all those people.But when i went to counter A they insisted me to buy the optional services ( passport cover and sms service) like mandatory and when i opt out from those services the officers sitting there is bit rude with me.After that i also had a bad experience from counter C. The female officer there is a bit rude. I think these officers are still living in 80s. Theyre rude with the other people and also with the jr colleagues in the office.I have a request to goi and tata please get rid of these kind of old school folks and appoint more young energetic ,enthusiastic individual in the place.The technology they implemented there is very convenient no more complications.

Bad experience .The office staffs are good.But the guy infront of the office is really rude..he should interact with the people in a good way. Everyone comes to the passport office may not know the things to be done .Atleast they should give the proper information about what to do next..The staffs should help them . Please.Its a request.

A very well maintained office with really helpful staffs and timely services. I was able to complete my whole visit in less than half an hour.

A section staff is really good. But the B and C sections staff were pathetic, not at all cooperative. They dont tell you what to do next and keep mum until you ask them a 10,000 times. Extremely grumpy, very very rude.

ATTENTION!! The employees there will trick you into buying passport covers worth rs 350-600 without even saying the fact that its OPTIONAL. Not only are they very costly, its nowhere near the quality you expect for something you pay that much for. I was victim of this..they did not tell me this was optional and I had to pay like 1200rs (mine and my parents). I have filed a consumer complaint against them. These kind of scams shouldnt be happening.

Have mixed experience here. Reach before the alloted time , u wont face much issues. Once u r in you got to go through at least four counters before the process is done. Counter 1 and 2 I found very helpful. But the officials inside were very rude and boring. Needless to say that first two counters are handled by youngsters in professional yet friendly way.This is my honest review. 🥰🥰🥰🥰😍

One front desk staff didnt know about annexure d and c..made me buy form unnecessarily which was not required. Other staffs corrected him and was helpful.

Passport seva kendra is located in Chungam opposite max showroom there it have parking facilities and not much crowded and also the wheel chair accessible entrance is available good security services protections and good costumer services and is located near the road side in the middle of the town

Excellent staff and service. The whole process felt smooth and coordinated. Everyone from the security guards to the people at the counters were professional and helpful.You should know that only the applicants are allowed inside in normal cases and the others will have to wait outside the building, where theres no seating or anything like that.

People can reach here by using Google map only. No identification marks or boards seen outside. Its inside corporate office of a private company. The office is not spacious enough to accommodate huge crowd.I was asked to report at 10.15. I was held up in queue for more than one hour. So pathetic to see people in long queues in digital India

My experience with the Passport Seva Kendra was very impressive. The appointment timing was strictly adhered to. The scrutiny counter was also very helpful. The overall system was also very good. For passport renewal, it took me around 30-40 minutes. Our normal experience with a government office staff is that they are extra smart in how not to provide any service. Instead of being facilitators, they are often the obstacles. The reason for this difference is obviously because the Seva Kendra is managed by a private company.

The office is located at Westhill, Chungam at calicut city. New passport applications, passport renewals and other passport related services are provided here wothout any hassle. They are using a schedule system so that the operation is very smooth and in a very organized manner avoiding rushness. Applicants are no longer required to be waiting in the queues for long hours for their turn, instead they only need to report at the pre allotted appintment time and follow the instructions.There are bus services to the location, Auto Rikshas are also frequently available as well. There are not much parking spaces for the visitors, if you prefer to come by own car. But its not so difficult to find a space outside the office, at the roadside itself.

Its hard to get here. Not even a board.But the service is good. Good staff. Good security.

You would never believe that it is a government organisation. Efficient to the point of perfection. Entire registration is online and control flow through the process is flawless. After the process, one would think that it takes atleast 2 weeks to get the passport in hand right? No. It took just 2 days. Extremely happy and satisfied by the effort put into making this system a reality.

Went to get the PCC for my wife. The entire process, which would have just needed 10 minutes, took an hour because they refused to let us in without the printout of the letter. Apparently showing them the letter in the phone would do no good. Good initiative but a very bureaucratic outdated work culture.

I have reached here from calicut Ksrtc stand by a Autoriksha (80 ruppes- 2018).Excellent service. Great officers. I will give five stars for them. All the officers have a great supporting mentality. I have got my passport within one day after verification. Don’t worry. They will help you. The important things to remember is that they maintain perfect timing. The perfect and accurate timing makes them a better employees. Don’t worry. Keep timing. Should reach before one hour of scheduled time.

TCS employees sitting in A counter will force you to buy passport cover and SMS service. Both are useless. Just ignore the pressure from them.

West Hill can also be easily accessed from Mananchira pond in Calicut. The road north of the head post office takes you to Vandipettah, Chakkorathukulam, Rotary youth Centre, Kanakalaya Bank and West Hill Chungam. The post office junction at West Hill is the landmark for turning right to St.Jospeh’s school and St.Michael’s school. Two other road to the right side takes you to Chakkarothkulam and Bilathikkulam areas.When you proceed further north from West Hill, you pass the government polytechnic college on the right and the helipad on the left. The government guest house, the rest house and the engineering college are in this area. The big junction is called ‘West Hill Chungam’ where you have two restaurants—one is the US Pizza and the other is the ethnic Thalassery restaurant. When you turn left from the junction, you enter the Bhatt road leading to the beach. This junction also has a Civil Service Academy and an IIKM college. The government has opened a passport service station in the junction making it a popular hangout of expatriates.
