Spacious, well maintained and comparatively new arrival on the convention centre front!. The infrastructure is appreciable , they are continuously putting their part of effort to make the place impeccable. They also do manage to run a decent parking area, and halls!.One thing that it missed was that huge gateway that stays welcoming the guest, they seem to cut down to the basic 3 point normal sized entry for the guest!. Id say go for this for any small to medium sized functions. Do enjoy an wonderful experience at 3m auditorium. God bless, thank you

Its an auditorium, good one.I dont know about its rent but i think you dont lose a big amount. The parking area is wide. Have ground floor only.

I think, this is the best auditorium for conducting marriage functions. A big hall & fooding area. Also have a huge area for parking. Very close to the national highway.

Only 100 meters from national highway chungam junction(feroke municipal area).we can say a budget place for get-together,and similar programmes.no A.C .available in halls..off the auditorium parking available.

For a non AC inexpensive auditorium, it serves the purpose. There us parking facility but the connecting road is always congested when there is a function.

A good place to organise small parties like wedding and family meetups.Ample car parking area is also available.Located near chungam bus stop and is easy to find.
