Nice staff, friendly and helping. Wide variety of mobile phones. But need more collection of iPhones. Now they offer only top-end models. Also, was a bit crowded when I visited the showroom.

Mobile servicing is Pathetic. I gave my phone for two complaints. 1) glass change 2) speaker change.They changed only glass, and this was also not in professional way... now blue dot on screen is visible, this is happened during glass changingWithout changing speaker they billed for that also. Technicians are not checking the problems described in the sheet.Next day i went there to change speaker. So i lost two days.Give proper customer care training to your mobile service front desk staffs.

Comparing to online rate very big difference check the rate in otherstores and online before buying anything from here. I just came here to buy a smartwatch the online price of watch is 1999 , they are selling it for 3500, when I enquired in other digital stores in calicut the same product is available at 2500 and 2800 etc. while enquired from some other stores I got the watch from reliance digital at best pricing ( same as online rate). Always enquire outside before buying anything from here.

802 Mobile is by far the best! I’ve been there for a broken screen and my daughters been there for an ‘unfixable’ phone. Both were fixed and quickly too! Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.They stopped contacting me and I never got my old phone back. Seems like pretty bad business to do that to someone.Won’t ever bring a phone there again. Not trustworthy

As a 3G cs along 4y bought , oppo, 54, Now only outdated collection no Tab(only 3G&4g ,no 5G oppo 55 ,1+,red mi, )when I asked I take from eham.smg &oppo also the sales persons gaming over exchange prices so bad counter pos experience not convenient (compared 2online other shopes&branches) insurance also very high price. Not favour to own customer but lady staffs are very manner greet guidence hygiene parking family support crowd maintain spaces feedback so its not as much lal add should b give to customer.....

I gave my Nokia 8 steel colour phone for battery replacement on 9-02-2021. They gave me the job sheet as Display dead phone instead of battery replacement (attached for reference). Customer support guy who attended my case told there is display risk after giving the case sheet in my hand. My Phone had no other complaints other than the battery (Phone automatically turn off when the battery goes below 50%). Everything else was working in mint condition.On 10-02-2021 they called n told me that displays and touch is not working after installing a new battery!!I picked up the phone with a non working touch and display. 4 screws missing inside.I dont know how they can do such an unprofessional job. Terrible experience.Maybe they want to rip off more money in the name of new display with battery change!!Now I have to spend more money for a new set of touch and display and battery too. ☹️

The store has a variety of choices and the staff are polite and courteous. But knowledge of the staff about their products is very poor. They have absolutely no opinion, no idea about any of the electronics. The staff are merely mannequins that display the merchandise.It is ENTIRELY up to the customer to do the COMPLETE homework and come for purchasing!Even after doing the homework, the staff didnt have any answers while offering me choices. I eventually bought 2 laptops from them and totally unhappy with both.

Worst customer care experience at MyG. I had called and enquired at MyG if iPad- 8th gen was available. On confirmation, I visited the store yesterday. There were hardly any executive to speak to. The one I spoke (Shafi from Apple gadgets section) told me the price and just left as unattended. He showed such a cold attitude as if we were not worth attending to or may be we could not afford to buy any gadgets from there ;) We visited the store again in the evening, and the same person told as model is out of stock. The information should have given in the morning itself so that I could have saved my day. When I complained about the service, he himself said the The service there is good only in the case of no rush, he was having work pressure so couldnt check on myself as a customer .

Seriously pathetic customer service......Id give zero rating if there were option for that....... Thats the truth..... Their attitude when we buy a product is miles different from their attitude when we arrives there to report malfunctioning in their product.....Attitude when we buy things is like theyre giving us these products as part pity and sympathy.......My earphone started malfunctioning from the day i bought......but i thought its my phone-cases fault......but it happened only when i use that earphone.......and its not happening always...... happens in random occasions......What they after lots of argueing is that i should wait for hours to reappear that fault.......(atleast they couldve told that in a way that its me who bought it.......and not got free as a sympathy product)After hours long arguing their head came and replaced it........Pathetic customer service...... They need to learn from others.....

Im writing this review on basis of my 3 interactions with the store over time. 1) when asked they said they had a product they didnt have (a graphics tablet used for art and design) wasting my time coming there. 2) I visited them to purchase a gaming laptop which was priced 15k above online price with limited options too they didnt have much products. 3) when called to enquire about availability of a product (called multiple times) they said they would call back but I never received a call. A big place to get all sorts of electronics but can get very crowded at times. Bought a laptop there and had to wait for a long time to get it handed to us but we got a free pulse oximeter so I guess that makes up for it. Would recommend this place if you need to buy a new laptop or phone.

I ordered a product on flipkart and waited for 13 days finally i cancelled my purchase and visited nearest My G future store... Finally i found that the product is available in the store and i bought my jbl quantum 100 on there..... With no more waiting on paying only 50 more rupees than flipkart.... I am happy with store have large variety of product in availble condition and the price is also reasonable with fast billing.....

N number of products arranged in floors.. as the word suggests the future is here in these shop.. only issue is that of parking issues.. hope more offers will be there in future.. vast space in 3 floor i think arranged in different categories of products.. i think other than phone and laptop collections are bit low.. most of the staff are cooperative and attentive towards Costmr...

There are plenty of Mobile phone collection over here. The demos are such that we can have multiple tests in mobile phones to choose which is good. This is on the centre of town with plenty of parking. Customer care is great and you Can get finances for products

Good discussion areas and privacy spaces to have a final go on buying products per not. Overall a better place for e-shopping. Never expect prices less than that in online sites, as usual.

Very adamant. Flexibility needs to be learnt by the company people. For a small purchase I have been told about all turnover etc of the company. If mean I just wanted to add description to the product in the invoice, for which I got to hear 100 things and finally tgey didnt even bother to sort out the case.
