Authorised mi service center at Calicut.All kind of mi products are get serviced from here, we can also make warrenty claims if eligible.The staffs are very co-operative, After COVID 19 all the mi service center are needs advanced token booking for product service which is available through their web site. Without token booking they may not accept the products.+Good parking space+Good service+Within 500m from Moffusel bus stand-waiting area is not that much satisfied (may be COVID 19 SoP)-no lift and wheel chair access

Its too difficult to find out . Google map is best option. Afte reach your destination by using G map ask someone to find out the shop.

I have went here to sevice my poco f1 phone. After checking they found it was battery problem but battery was not in stock so I went to Globel Infocom and replacement done there.Any way they helped me to check battery availability in other sevice center.This service center is crowded compare to other one. One thing I noticed they are not providing any acknowledgement slip after receiving your product (even it is out of warrenty) and they will ask 2 hrs time for checking the devices. They should have provide an acknowledgement slip to customer so anyone can come and collect device with that slip.

Good service. But they dont do chiplevel works. For such damage they directly suggest changing boards. For such works better go to some other good mobile repair centres and if they are unable to do it, then go here if you want to get the board replaced.Waiting time is higher in evenings.

I went to Service my Redmi Note 8 . The Issue was Restarting Trouble. I was told The Board was Gone. But It turned to be Battery Trouble which I came to know from a Different Service Centre. I have been to Many Authorised Service Centre till date but this one was my Worst Ever Experience till Date.

Only authorized centre in Calicut. Had to wait for more than a day just for a battery change. Day 1 visited the outlet by 2pm where they told me that their number for services for the day is over and asked me to visit the next day. Next day morning, by 10:15 when I visited the outlet, the job got done by 11:30 despite being one among three customers of the day by that time. To change a battery should it take so much time!!!

The lower part of building is under construction at my time of visit and centre is located at 2nd floor.I went there with my Redmi Note 4 broken display and it costs 3361rs and tempered glass from there costs 250 which is expensive. 😕 Got my phone repaired within one hour...

I called this service center and asked for k20 pro sim tray is available or not..and the told me that they can check the stock only if i come directly to service centre with taking their tomen..so i travelled 50 kms and reched service center by taking the token..and i asked them to check the stock..the told me that the do not hvae sim tray without even checking the stock room using my ticket...that was the question i asked on the call also..they made me to travel 50 kms for no reason..they are not helpful..very bad..i hate the staffs there

Worst customer service experience.Honest opinion. Read it only if u really wanna know things in a customer point of view.Have been an Mi Note 6 pro user for 2 years. And trust me one of the best phones Ive ever used! For the same reason we chose to buy a new Mi Note 9 pro from Mi.com (NEVER EVER DO THIS!!!) Soon before 10 days of purchase the phone started facing problems of camera lag, camera freezing and automatic power off. The phone gets stuck( A brand new phone worth 17k IMAGINE) and we have to manually reboot it and use again. Mi customer care is pathetic. They dont reply to Mi queries or do not have a replace/refund policy and they directed us to visit a service centre. We approached here. The experience was fantabulous! A small room and hell lot of customers fretting fuming.. Met a lot of people (during COVID duh) who purchased an Mi product recently going up and down the service centre everyday with one issue or the other. Someone told me that he changed everything in his phone except the case LOL and still it has issues. The experts here are not really experts it seems. They are fed up or inexperienced that they try to get away from a group of buzzing customers. Very much disappointed with their service!!!!!!!!Takeaway1. If u can, pleaseeee refrain yourselves from buying an Mi product after the Note6 pro Series. Upto Note6 pro it is fine it seems ( what I noticed ok)2. Please read first one again. And let that sink in. Cos if u are thinking like some customer service centre like this is gonna cure your phone, the joke is on you. Thank you.

Xiomi mi service center at kozhikode has offered me very poor customer service despite me being a loyal client. I went to get my charging port fixed for which I was charged an amount of Rs650 but immediately after that, my phones mic was not working properly. Even after 2 months they have done nothing but provide the excuse that they are yet to get some parts delivered to fix this issue. After making repeated phone calls and also visiting the store in person to enquire and remind them about my issue, no new response has been provided to me except for the previous mentioned excuse.

I went to change display of a redmi 5 model. First they said they dont have stock, but I can give the phone for repair and wait one week for it. Alternatively they suggested to check with a center in Annie Hall Road.I ended up giving it here since the other center didnt have stock. It just took 2 days to repair. The total cost came around Rs 3k.

I had called several times to know if my smarphone repairing was completed or not but they didnt attend.So I went to the service centre and called the same number in front of the lady staff there.I saw the lady doing their job without giving any attention to the phone calls of costomers and I let her know that it was me calling several times but why you didnt attend the call.Very bad experience from that lady staff of mi.
