Visited Trends today. Didnt find any new collections. Cant blame them for the poor collection since it is Covid everywhere and new stock would be a task for them too. Well sanitised and friendly staff. But it would be hard to get your hands on a out of the box dress. But yes, one can find the usual Trends trends here.

Today was my first time visit to thier store in Focus Mall and Im sure that this would be my last as well. This store do not deserve a 3.9⭐. They got a bunch of lazy staffs there who are not willing to greet and guide the customers. My impression went down the hill while I reached at the cash couter for billing. The girl at the cash counter had a really bad attitude. She didnt give me a cash receipt of my purchase and instead bought my mobile number and told that I will receive the cash receipt via SMS which I havent receive yet.Least to mention that They charge for carry bags. Means, if you dont buy a carry bag, you will have to literally fold and grab tight whatever dress you bought with your hand and leave the shop.Shame on you Reliance Trends. Is this how you treat your customers?

This mall is small but is in the middle of the Kozhikode city. It was very beautifully maintained before. But, now the situation is not that good

Always had good experience except once. Last time also they were really good. So much of new collection for kids and ladies. Dont know any gents section. As it was in the first floor. Always have one issue of billing. Even if there are 5-8 customers, only one billing counter opens even though they have four at the ground. They calls and reminds all the offers and vouchers Starts and all. Happy as always

The collection is good, rates are reasonable. But the management sucks. Their card system never works like what they say. Recently they stopped the card system completely. Your old redeemable points gone forever. The staff at the bill counter are not polite. Carry bags 🛍 are chargeable.

Trends is good for shopping that is because you will get varieties of dresses jn different price level. This is inside rp mall and its a good experience. Vast space for dressing .I liked it a lot.you must take a carry bag to trends otherwise you will pay for carry bag . Good customer service for us and good place for dressing room.good experience and nice atmosphere in this trends showroom. Variety of collections and different types of discounts available. If you want to buy online you can try trends app which is named ajio.trends is owned by reliance company. Overall a good experience.

They have adequate collection at a reasonable price. They have a number of brands under the collection. And the price fluctuate with respect to the brand. They have womans section on the ground floor and mens section on the first floor. Overall a good place to shop

Recently visited their re located show room at Nadakkavevery disappointing behaviour from staffs.and the store is not offering a trial room,not even mirrorsNo return 👎👎No refunds...👎👎Reason is Health staffs directed them not to take return 😀seems Trends dont have much infra structure and manpower to sanitize the OutletAll other online and offline platforms are offering 10 days of return and refund policy still the mid of this pandamic.

Attitude towards the customer is not satisfactory. And due to corona protocol they split my team and i have to wait outside for almost 20 min and the purchase is made at that time .

I am a frequent customer of this store. Its in budget of ordinary people with a great collection of casual wear and work wear. Never been too delighted because of the lack of variety designs. Wish they had more of innovation and less of monotonous collection. Like the same print in blue ,black ,red and yellow. Please try and include more western and comfortable clothing collection.

I was very unhappy with one of the staff there. I accidentally droped a cloth down. She was rude to me ir dropping it.

Review about Nadakkav Branch.Only one counter was open when there was a lot of rush in the shop. Mr Amaldev was at the counter and even after repeatedly asking didnt even bother to open one more counter. Poor service. Thumbs down. Will try to avoid next time.

Worst customer service ever. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have shopped at other stores of trends but this one has to be the absolute worst and only because of the staff. The staff at the cash counter have zero respect for women and will continuously allow people to jump queues ahead of girls who wont complain or make a scene like myself, they are the worst people I have ever come across at any store. They had no respect for my time and they dont have such a good selection anyway and their card reader doesnt work. Better to shop at lifestyle or max; trends Calicut should have been closed years ago and their staff should be working as cleaners or something. Absolutely waste store

Disgusting place. Their staff in the ladies section are completely inept and do not deserve to keep their jobs. My mom and wife had selected some dresses and went to the payment counter. The staff directed them to go to another line to remove the detector piece. It took them 10 minutes to do that as they were casually plodding. And after that when Mom asked them to speed up they were like you should have stood in another line then. I have a question to the Management. Are you paying them to just neglect customer? Your store with all these useless personnel is a complete joke.
