The reason why we are opting for courier service is that we will get the product on our doorstep. They will charge you for the same and later will ask you to go and collect the item from the office. If we ask questions on why they are not shipping to the adress then they will say like the sorting happened wrongly and they got the package by mistake. If they happened to receive the package by mistake they should have dealt it internally rather than calling the customer to come and collect. If you are fine receiving the package by going to the courier office then you can opt this. Else stay away from DTDC. There are no responsible persons as well. If we call Calicut branch no one will pick the phone. Really frustrated. Pathetic service . All the reviews given below looks like all are fake. Dont get into this trap.
