Im sharing my personal experience here :Had a power cut only to my house past midnight at about 0015 hrs and I just so happened to call the number mentioned here and told them about my problem.Not only did the person at other end was polite he also sent a team to fix the issue and all was sorted out within 15 minutes since I first made the call.Dedicated employees and kudos to the KSEB team who people often take them and their services for granted.
