This is my experience of enquiring about a product. It was very bad. The person who attended the call doesnt even know how to talk to a customer. He was very rude and not responding properly. Maybe camera point is generating so much revenue that they are least bothered about customers. First, learn how to talk to a customer. Please understand you are losing a business opportunity with such an attitude unless this shop is there for a different reason.

The service you get here is very good, so are the rates . Cheaper than most of the other dealers. Products also seem to be trouble free.

Camera point is a one stop destination for the photographers from bigners to high professionals. Its a house for the purchase of branded cameras, lens, macro lens, tripods, boom stands, flash lights, light stands, camera protection covers, bags, album, photoframes etc and other photography related items. But I couldnt find a drone camera there. For the purchase of high value items they have EMI facility tied up with Bajaj Finance. The staffs are very helpful.

Very Very bad service,,,,, they dont have enough stock. If you visit store, they will tell if you confirm over phone we will bring for you and finally if you call they will tell some excuse or disconnect your call or put buzy mode..
