My friend brought an HP laptop and it was slow from the beginning only and at the shop she was assured that after Windows updation system will speed up but there was no change after updation also. When she contacted the shop owner she was told in an impolite manner that he is not one manufacturing the laptops and he cannot help in any way.Worst consumer experience ever. Please keep yourself away.

There is no negative star , otherwise i would have given that . you can buy things from here but dont ever reach out for service there . For single stick 8gb ram they charge RS- 4800 there and at HP Authorized service center its 2900 .Both are doing A-Data , i am still in wonder why they charge this much . So please dont go there .

Recently I bought a laptop from this place, initially I found some complaints related to this and I returned back this product and after 1 week they told that everything is solved and again they returned this product to me, but the complaint still persists. When I tried calling this person he was very rude and stated that he was not the manufacturer of the hp laptops to solve all the problems and he used to hang up the calls in the middle. The thing is that which I have to underline is he is a very busy person who doesnt even have time to hear your complaints, and also he cant even spare a single minute after his so called business hours,but the thing is I have bought this laptop after his so called business hour. So everyone think thrice before you make your business with him.

Service charge is very high and highly unprofessional service. If you are ready to waste your money and time you can visit this place.Wasted one month and 1.5k ...😣

Had very bad experience..had gone there since it was hp authorised. But they had delayed repairing my laptop giving vague reasons for the same even after letting them know that i needed the data from my lap urgently. Seems they have only one technician with them! Finally had to take it back from them without getting it repaired. The staff behaviour towards customers is not at all cooperative or hospitable. I do not recommend guru infosys for laptop service at all.

This is by the side of main road and original products are available here better to buy here than online if you want the product urgent

Very good approach. Before and after sale , I buy my laptop 3 weeks back from HP world guru infosys. I want IT school Ubuntu along with original windows, nobody knows how to install Ubuntu 14.04 and Wi-Fi driver working with sucussfully. Excellent after sales and support .very good knowledge in technical staff..I suggest guru Infosys and Brand HP

Terrible. Terrible hospitality. Terrible after sales help. Had a dead on arrival case, had to deal with the bad mannered owner, talked to Hp customer care instead since he was intolerable.

Very low in stock... you cannot check models you have to book the items directly... I have booked an all in one on 9-09-2017 and they promissed the delivery by 12-09-2017. Now they are extending it every day. Dont when they can do the delivery. Gives false promises.
