I got printed my book dated17-09-2020 and invoice no D0365. It was badly printed in the sense that the margin alignments in all pages is different. Margin is narrow at the bottom and broadens when moves top of the book. Secondly, cutting of the book was also not proper. It looks like the cover of the book was sized manually.The worst part is here. The manager handed over ten books at the time of delivery and told me not to give that ten books to anybody because of wrong print but rest of the books prints are fine.I believed the manager words because he is a oldman and moreover he is named namboothiri so I didnt compel to see the books which is packed. So cunningly he asked me to make the payment without even deducting a rupee though he knows their staff mistakes which has happened at the time of cutting and binding.I wonder why these printers are appointing irresponible staffs who doesnt know the abcd of binding.I saw other reviews hailing the so called printers but as on today nobody have called me and apologized for their irresponsible work.The worst ever experience !!!!
