Okay I have visted them yday, had talk via phone earlier, was very nice and friendly when via phone, and I have reached and the attitude of the employee was not so nice to be honest like I was planning to give order for small quantity and when he realised the business is not so large so he was reluctant to discuss and talk at all and had to walk away due to poor treating of them. I do not care about price and things like that, if they know to treat people well, then cool fair enough, now blah. Even tho they have good collection and all, if the customer experience is quite bad like this then I would have second thought to recommend to friends and family.TL;DR Terrible Customer Experience, hard NACK!

I visit lots of shop in Cochin for the query of my wedding card but few of them have less collection ,few of them have more price but while I visited jayaram cards I got the model within very less time and I feel comfortable and good collection there.Good ambience then excellent customer service and collection.

Had a not so good experience when I decided to go for a custom made card. The biggest problem with them is miscommunication nd misunderstanding. It took 3 weeks of back and forth emails of trying to make them understand my requirements explaining in finer details with screenshots. And the end product was not satisfactory for the price and effort i had spent. Call them 20 times a day, they might pick up once if you are lucky. Thats why I went for mail communication.

Experience was traumatic.Services are done by Imbeciles and the product and process knowledge is next to zero which results in extreme confusion. End of the day they are not bothered what the client wants. The way they portray the printing process is as its rocket science.PS: if Fahad caters you, beware! You are bound to have ambiguity.And if things go wrong people at reception tries to find errors at your end to nullify the issue. I had this experience with Nithin.Find other place because you cant get into an auspicious occasion with such a beginning

They have good collection and rate is comparatively better. However I was terribly dissapointed by the quality of work. Card covers appeared to be glued together by bunch of kids. I had to verify each and every cover and nearly half the cards were returned which were then replaced by better ones a week later.

I would just say one thing. Jayaram cards are super professional and they do not advertise what they cannot deliver. I have seen them partnering with big names like Lulu and Marriot. If they really are capable of making it to tycoons like them then they must be sooper good in their quality and service. I have went there for my wedding cards, and I found exactly the same model but a different variant that i saw in pinterest. I was so happy to have found the card. They also cater to cards which do not require so much of money. They sell cards starting from Rs.5. Quality of the 5 rupee card at Jayaram is much much greater than ordinary card printers.

Biggest mistake I have ever committed in my life is choosing this place....2 month before my cousin printed their cards from here for which he had to go there multiple times due to utter mistakes they have committed in the proofs....N the same happened to me too.. ..While we are calling them they r not ready to talk to us or hear ourour concerns and hang the call before we finish....Even when we have genuine query about cards they treat us with counter questions.....They delivered my card 2 days late than they committed and Even the printing of the cardcard was not completed when i went there after 2 days....while i asked about it they answered that im a staff here i dont know anything about it.....Then whom should i consult for the same....Worst attitude by the staff....Staff talks with an attitude of buy if u want. ..We will have other customers....not at all customer friendly....Never gonna allow anyone i know to choose this place ever again....Shud hav heard the advice of my cousin who warned me earlierSorry for editing the review....After seeing this review the owner has called to my home n talked to my mom that im putting negative reviews all of which are wrong...And told her that our attitude is too bad n we juzz deserv only this much courtsey....Never had such a worst experience anywhere from calicut....I dont think anybody had the same....do u people dont think that i even hav the right to express my review of a buisiness centre? ??

Worst in service. I was shown a sample card and ordered for it. Delivered different set of cards. Owner Mr. Nidhin never responds to calls, and the lady staff cuts the phone while conveying the concern. Stupidity at its peak. Planning to sue this company.

Worst Service ever I have seen for a card company. Very bad staff and very bad response, planning on suing the company.EDIT: I wish I could say it was delayed by 2 hours, infact the company sent me wrong e card on top of that the staff wasn’t even ready to respond to a customer. The delay was 48 hours btw.Hope you improve you services
