The worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Opted for home delivery and the order was delayed for almost an hour. When we contacted them about the delay, the person who attended the call was downright disrespective. Customer service is more important than the taste of food and Sweetsmith is terrible in this regard.EDIT:Reply for response:Yes I am aware of the pandemic and the lockdown in order to curb the spread of the pandemic. I was not complaining about the delay in delivery as it is normal in these situations and I can understand the same. The issue I had is with your employee(?) who attended the call when I called to ask about the delay. The persion in question started arguing when I asked about the delay and was not even courteous. So my review here is about your customer service rather than the food or the delivery.

Personally I grew up eating authentic Turkish knafeh so you cant compare that with what they serve in here. Offcourse if you are a person whos eager to try what a Knafeh is, then yes I would suggest you to give this place a try. Again I was disappointed to know that it would take an average of 1 hour to get a medium sized knafeh ready (unless you had placed an order with them priorly). So if you are in a hurry/looking for readily available knafeh, sorry they dont do that. I felt that is absolutely something they should be mentioning in their brochures. Good service and affordable rates.
