Very bad experience. highly irresponsible.. wont attend phone calls. went to office twice. Though their working hours extend up to 6 pm they refused to attend when reached their office at 3.45 pm saying that they would accept 50 tokens only every day and it is over.

Services are good and speed work but there are no token system available that why lots of time waiting and waisting

The service was good and item was delivered/ repaired fast. The office now moved from parayancheri to puthiyara.

One of the fastest service centre in Calicut. I was told it might take 3-4 days to get my phone repaired and it was done the very next day. Very nice customer service by Arya who is a customer service associate and she is pretty good at doing her job.

WORST SERVICE CENTER. They gave me poor quality display for my j7pro for bill amount 4645 rupee and it lasted for only 26 days. The worst ever parts i ever experienced.. Customers please dont visit here. They have no value for your money. I had attached my bill for the customers reference.
