Absolutely pathethic place. They confirmed my order and 2 weeks to my engagement date delayed the delivery of the product, which is the worst thing you can do to a bride. No apologies, nothing. They should learn to keep up their commitments. Please dont trust them with your outfit, they have no value for their commitment and does not even have the basic manners to apologise after putting people into last minute tensions, both the designer and the owner.

Unpleasant experience. No parking space. Poor customer service. Staff were disgusting/ confused/ had no clue what they offer and can do. Dont recommend this place at all. First they should learn how to talk. Never ever will go at this spot.I recommend Neha designer place near Gandhi statue, beach.

Pathetic customer service. Both the boss and employee sounded as if they didn’t want to help. They lacked clarity in what they offer and how they can accommodate our needs.They have named it boutique but does not function as a full one.There was a employee, a brown women who just handed over a ipad with few pictures and started doing her own things. Moreover her attitude/explanation were rude and unhelpful.She was pathetic. She Should learn how to interact with customers. She was simply pushing to go to a regular tailor as she thought that was enough. Was not even paying attention/ listening to what the customer is looking for or trying to say.It’s saddening they keep such employee who can not even carry out a pleasant conversation. The women had a impression if she talk in English, she can slam the voice of customers but she should know that doesn’t happen often. I wonder how native customers can stand her attitude.A man with beard, the boss I guess was just trying to maintain a conversation with no purpose.Overall spoiled my day and time by visiting this place. Would rate this place 0/5.

Karmi is a very good boutique. Their are well made and also very beautiful. But a little expensive. Over all a Fantastic boutique. 👌👌👌👌👌👌

The designs and works were really good. But the attitude of the designer was really bad. She was a little bit rude and she did not really helped me to find the suitable design for me. Moreover she did not explain the difference between the materials and designs, which a designer is supposed to do. Karmi has to improve the customer service.
