Went by the reviews that were posted here but sadly, does not live up to its name. The staff is friendly and courteous with an eagerness that is grossly misleading.Went to get a custom made unit and the staff seemed extremely enthusiastic and promised to send someone the very next day of my visit to calculate the measurements and viability. However, did not recieve a single call for over 10 days. When I contacted them, they were apologetic and due to certain public holidays that popped up in between, promised to get in touch shortly but 3 days later, nothing. I called them again and expressed my concern and the manager himself was involved and assured me someone would come the next day. Yet again, surprisingly, not a single follow up or visit even after 2 weeks and several follow ups.Extremely disappointed as to how businesses have zero value or respect for their customers. A simple sorry, but we cant take up this assignment would have sufficed. But sadly, its too much to expect.Hopefully, no one else has to experience such disrespect in the future.

WORST QUALITY furnitures (did not last 3 months without sqeeking, shaking and paint falling appart).UNTRUSTWORTHY sales team: did not deliver on time, billed and demanded more money than what was told while selecting.Felt tottally cheated and will never recommend for any self respecting family.What is MORE WORSE THAN THEIR FURNITURES IS THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS US CUSTOMERS, THEIR REMORSELESS INTREST IN CHEATING US AND THEIR AUDACITY TO SELL GOOD FOR NOTHING PRODUCTS AND THEIR ARROGANCE TO GET AWAY WITH IT ALL.

Very worst Service.I dont Know Why the mangement of this company appointed such sales staff?. After accepting Orders , no body will respond for the calls from coustomers . Actualy Google is not providing any options for Negative Rating , that why i am marking One Star
