Leave as a Friend This is what you see when you come out of Sugar Sisters . Let me ask you.. When you order a cake well in advance and ask them to deliver at Feb 8th 2 : 00pm and these guys suddenly call at 1 45 pm and tells that the person who makes the cake is not well and the delivery will be late. Again they call at 5 30 and tells that your cake is on the way to the shop and please collect it by 6 pm. Finally when I reach the shop at 6 30 pm, the cake has not still arrived. These people made me wait for another 1 hr and finally when the cake arrived at 7 30pm, the cake not at all packed. A big cake is put into a small box, which is half closed and half open. When I asked for a proper packing the Lady is not ready to do that. And shell yelled this is the way we do it. I took the cake as it is and came out. Not even an apology for late delivery or making me wait. Pathetic Customer Service and arrogance..And now tell me.. How do I leave Sugar Sisters as a Friend.

I ordered a white chocolate truffle cake. Not only the cake looked beautiful but also was really yummy! Despite the short notice they managed to deliver the cake on time even during this pandemic.

Their service is average. Cakes and other sweets are OK. They have a very little area though the ambience is good enough. If they could be more punctual to their customers that would be great.

Pathetic customer service. Ordered a cake for birthday. Poor communication process throughout. Their attitude was like those commonly seen at government offices- complete disdain. Then I had to call repeatedly on the day of collection, to confirm the time and location. Imagine my consternation when I reached their centre to see that the cake was not there.It took another 45 minutes to come. I had called several times. Atleast they should have had the courtesy to inform me that there would be a delay of one hour. They appeared completely unperturbed,till I gave them a piece of my mind.Delay, I can understand. Incompetence, I dont have to tolerate. A huge thumbs down.

I told them to deliver the birthday cake and gave some instructions. They did not even care about my instructions. I told them to deliver on time since I have planned a surprise. They were late. And above all the cake was real bad. It didnt appear appealing and was just like an amateur cake made by some amateur maker. I could easily make such a bad looking cake. These guys are 100% unprofessional. 100% not recommended.

A one time visit kinda place. The interior is pretty and you can take good pictures but that’s it. The food was average, the portions are tiny and the price range over the top. Either they should focus on their quantity or control their pricing,cuz its not at all worth the price. Honestly you could go to about any other place and probably get better food for a much reasonable price.

One of the good cake shops in Calicut. They have a wide varities of items to offer for sugar toothed people. The quality and hygiene of the products are good here, tastes good too. The staffs are friendly and ready to take suggestions or feedbacks from customers in person. Eventhough the shop is a tiny one, the ambience is great.

3 stars for the ambience and service..1 star for the food...the dishes have to be improved seriously....the so called strawberry tart had just a sliver of a dried strawberry on top....no strawberry flavors anywhere else...and the tart was sooo tiny...it was a micro tart. Banoffee pie can be improved. Grapish can be improved. Fruit based dishes have to be made available. Its all just chocolate. The white chocolate dome thing was good with lemon curd on the inside.
