I have done my 6 months of internship at M/s Sandhya and Associates. When I compare with my batchmates, I realise how much I learnt there.My experiences at Sandhya and Associates were really a great space of exploration. Currently two of my juniors are interning there. I still visit the office occasionally for guidance from Maam, Ramesh sir and the rest of the team to whom I may express my wholehearted gratitude.

Sandhya design my house in Ernakulam more than 25 yr ago. Built upper floor in 2000. Sandhya Associates dis interior renovation at 2015. Exterior not changed at all since beginning!! Even now people take selfie in front my house!! Thank you!

Sandhya associate was the architect for my sons house situated in kozhikode.i am 84y old and my advice to those who approach her are.1.DONT FALL IN HER PR or LANGUAGE SKILLS. 2. In my experience and opinion she is not competent in herprofession.(irrespective of qualification).Has no basic knowledge about the kind structure that suits keralas weather conditions .Our house is the best example of her poor professional knowledge...3.Arrogant and uncultured and very un professional.Her behavior with contractors and workers was disrespectful.4.She may be very sweet ,if you give contracts to her nominated contractors and buy materials from her nominated shops.But be ready to shell out extra lakhs.5.She make contractors and workers wait for her site visit. and purposefully skip site visit for which we had to pay daily wages to all workers with out doing any work on those days.this happened multiple times.6.huge delay in giving drawings and site visit ,resulting in delay and monetary loss.this is my honest opinion.balan puthiyedath.father of dr.jayakrishnan.malaparamba.

Hi Sandhya!First of all - thank you. Our beautful home in Wayanad in now 2 years old and we love living in it.Second thing - looks like someone is going around creating gmail accounts that are what I call 1 review ponys. Judging by the minimal reviews on the other accounts and the exact same theme of the 1 house, its obvious they are not people who are likely to want the services of a qualified architect. I believe your reputation is protected and enhanced by the work you have designed and completed, while these weirdos create new accounts and write more rubbish. If I were you, I wouldnt even bother replying to these people. Google maps has no checks and balances in place to weed out these fake reviewers and accounts, inluding the intern who needs a reality check.Again, thanks to the hard work from you and your team, we live in our dream home.BestNorman

Literally the worst place, especially for Interns. You get treated with zero respect and above all they make you do everything from pouring sugar and stirring their cup of tea to cleaning their table to filling water in their bottles to attending phone calls and doing the reception work.Nonetheless, you also get to write down all their email into a book, which can be easily open and read on the PC.DO NOT fall for the reviews and rating. They were all asked to write those. Ask anyone who has ever worked in that office.

Dont fall in promo. take time to see the work and talk with clients,before taking decision.

I run an event management company and had an opportunity to visit Dr.Firjeeths house for a possible house warming event, The shear joy of the house owners to move into their new house spoke volumes about the work the firm has done. Kudos to the team!

Me and my family would like to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful work done by Sandhya and Associates at our home Nakshathra.The firm was involved in all the stages of the home construction like designing, material selection, project execution, project management and interior designing. I must say that the construction of my home was carried out without many issues even in my absence and the final look was exactly like we planned in the beginning. Even now after 2 years after completion of the home, they are willing to guide me for any requirements related to the home. A special thanks from the bottom of our heart to Sandhya, Ramesh and their excellent engineering team.

I was planning to give a contract to them , after seeing a work done by them for Dr Jayakrishna , I dropped my idea. 😅😅

I had visited Dr jayakrishnans home for which he has spend his hard earned money but bcoz of irresponsible sandhya associates and her team members, now his 2015 build home is having lots of problems day by day.
