Overall Stay was good. Good property and location. Value for money. Service was not up to the mark. Amenities are not replenished regularly and not cleaning was done throughout our stay. Food quality was good but service here again not up to the standard, order was not properly served. I had to call again to remind or repeat the order. No hot water was available and shower was not with enough water pressure. Bathtub drain was blocked on our first day of arrival and later it was rectified on the second day. No room service was available after 9pm. This could be due to current pandemic situation, as explained to us.Thanks to all those who assisted us to make our stay comfortable.

The staff was courteous and helpful. They also made sure my requirements for taxi and other things were met properly. I was given room 2005, which was a Universally Accessible Designed room, since there were no other rooms available. It was definitely spacious and well designed, even the toilet had all the requirements met for a person in need of such room. Reduced star because their towel smelled alot even though they were clean enough.

My colleagues (2 Nos) and I stayed here overnight on 08 July 2021. We got a killer deal for our room. The room is spacious. Although the A/C was not working at its best.However the food was scrumptious as well as mouth watering. I had Chapatis and Veg curry. And I tell you I have never tasted a veg curry so pleasing to my mouth.My colleagues had ghee rice and chicken kondattam. These dishes were equally appetizing and they enjoyed it to its last bit.These dishes were not only tasty but also soothing to the stomach. And I mean every word of it.I enquired about the chef at the reception . And mind you, the man behind this feast of a meal was the Asst. Chef Mr.SAJESH ( I hope I havent mistaken the name).

If you have to come from somewhere far and wants to stay overnight at a place, from where there is an easy access to the Kozhikode international airport, then this is the place. Its a 3 star hotel, budget friendly and has a small restaurant.The food is quite average but a clean restaurant.They even have a large car parking, doorman services and even an ATM facility nearby.In the room they provide 2 bottles of complimentary water, a kettle and a fridge as well. They give you tea bags, coffee powder, creamer and sugar. Some other basic essentials like soap, toothpaste and brush are also provided.The only negative would be the Bar. If you are staying with your family it might be an annoyance.But i must say that for the amount you pay, its the best deal.

Better restaurant for families at ramanattukara for lunch or dinner. We have been to this restaurant on last Vishu and this Christmas holidays as we were returning from Vatakara. We had taken fish curry meals, was felt better, economical and worth for price.

Hotel is about a km from Ramanattukara bus stop. Calicut airport is only half an hour drive from this hotel . . Room is spacious and clean. Complimentary water and tea/kettle are provided. They are giving minibar snacks/soft drinks at MRP rates. Thats really cool. A/C and WiFi are good. Bathroom is clean and spacious. But could have been better lit. Toiletries are provided.

Best preferred hotel to stay in the by pass kannur....Star hotel but you get in budget price....always preferred location to stay while travelling to patahanamthitta.... however the food menu still can be improved and the food served is not that much commendable.....need to add much more menus for the breakfast.... Everytime asking for additional food is pretty awkward...also suggest to include few north Indian dish so that they can have a better breakfast.....

Hotel was very decent. Exterior of the building may seem not so attractuve, but the facilities are neatly maintained.Restrooms are also hygenic. The wash space needs to be a little big or put in sliding doors to add a little more zing to the room.

We had a good stay at Park Residency. The rooms were decent although could use a bit more care in terms of maintenance especially the bathroom. When staying there, its best to avoid the food at their restaurant... Overpriced and bland, we even saw spoilt bread being at the breakfast buffet table. When pointed out, they were quick to replace it with new bread. In a place like Ramanattukara, Park Residency is quite a boon though and they know it!

Its was late in the evening that I took a detour from my ride to Wayanad and asked for stay here. Hats off to the manager that he accommodated us with our dog and upgraded our suite to avoid inconvenience to other guests. Amazing staff, good food and prime location,(on national highway 66) makes it good stop over in Ramanatakura.

An excellent neat and clean place with such good and different food options.The place is easily accessible from the calicut by pass and is where there is not much noise from the ongoing traffic.There is ample parking space and this place could be one of the best options while in a business trip.The food options are of business level and thus the cost.

Its Bar attached hotel, on Calicut airport road, they a have a good restaurant, and one local bar and executive bar. They provide Thali meals,they have multiple cuisine. They collobarted with OYO rooms.

The staff at the front desk treated me like as if I went there to ask for donation. She was acting rude initially which I never expected from a Calicut native. She said no rooms are available and later she said rooms cost 3000 Rs. Hospitality staff being rude is really unprofessional. Thanks to goibibo app I booked rooms for 1300/- per room. Later her attitude changed and we were given rooms when we booked online. She helped us with early check in. Rooms are okay for 1300/-. Though maintained, rooms have shabby look. Cleanliness was okay. Restaurant is nice and room service staffs were courteous. Bathroom was okay, hot water was available. The initial bad impression of the hotel later changed to an okay experience. I had earlier stayed at Park Residency Adoor and Park Residency Kakkanad which were pretty good, the reason I opted for Park Residency in the first place. I hope they train their front office staff well, cause we are their costumers and not some homeless people asking for favour.

Staff was polite and knew what hospitalitu means. however gym needs to add on some more weights, treadmill not comfortable its took small. Breakfast menu needs to be improved. We stopped here for a short meal on our way to the Kozhikode Airport. Facilities are reasonably clean and the staff was friendly. The food was quite good although we got a fish curry that wasnt the freshest. The other dishes were very good.Plenty of parking and very good access from the main road. Good pit stop for those like Is who were catching the afternoon flight out of Calicut.

The Rooms are well maintained, with good cleanliness and courteous staff.Apart from all the positives this place has to offer, the manager is extremely Ill mannered with uncouth and aggressive behaviour. We are guests for with good a wedding function and the room was booked for us by the wedding party. We had ordered a 2 teas in the morning for which the manager wanted the payment on the spot for every order that we make and not a full amount during checkout. We called us from reception and spoke in an extremely rude manner and it felt like he is definitely not from the hospitality industry. Even managers from a local lodge will not speak like the way he spoke. I suppose since the hotel has an attached bar he is used to speaking to drunk people and automatically categorises all his guests as drinkards.This hotel is definitely not for premium customers and please choose from other good 3.star hotels in the locality. This is a place which is a good stay only for overly drunk people who checkin after their session the attached bar.A word of advice to the management is that after all your effort to keep up the standard of this place your efforts will go for waste just because the hotel values are built on a shaky foundation and that foundation is the Hotel Manager.

Handy hotel for a functional stay over a night or two, very few frills. The room could have been more comfortable (more spacious, better laid out, better provided with tea bags etc) and the washroom cleaner. Receptionist also needs to be more courteous and forthcoming with info-- he was terse to the point of being rude and not too helpful. Food was good, restaurant staff were much more obliging.

20 minutes on a good day from the airport. Very clean rooms. We booked 2 double bed rooms and were given 2 adjacent rooms on the 3rd floor. Very spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable and the A/C was nice and cold - adjustable of course. Nice spacious bathroom with good pressure in the faucets and shower. Hot water was plenty hot.Small elevator required 2 trips for 3 people and small bags. The bell boy got the bags for us and turned on the A/C and the TV.The included breakfast had omelettes, bread, dosa, idly, upma, cornflakes, and some more local food. Tea and coffee on request. More than adequate food choices.The staff was friendly and billing the next day was quick.Docked a star because sound proofing is not great. I could hear traffic and kids crying from other rooms and someone talking in another room. But I was tired and feel asleep in minutes.

The hotel is nearly 12 km from Airport. We stayed in executive AC room. Water was leaking from AC. we complained and they attended to it immediately. The hotel room was clean. not very spacious but comfortable. The restaurant food was not that good. service was also very slow. They took more than 30 minutes to serve food. The room has a mini bar with item like biscuits. chocolate, chips Coco cola, Sprite tins that are chargeable. There was electric kettle and item for making tea and One litre water was given everyday as compliment. We booked for early check-in in the app but we did not call the hotel to confirm. Yet they gave us the room. The staff were friendly. Soon after Checking in our children dropped food on the floor. They cleaned the entire room very nicely. The next day also they cleaned the room. Overall we had a good experience with the hotel.

Its a clean premises and hotel just near the beginning of the Kozhikode bypass. Great location for travellers. The room was an executive room with a view onto an overgrown adjacent plot...Plenty of green to see. The room was reasonably clean, and well maintained, the fixtures worked perfectly. The intercom was not working though, which I realised only at the time of check out. All the staff were courteous.

Not worth to stay...Basic amenities were not provided. Locks are broken, furniture is broken and old...Bad food quality...Even curd rice was not edible...Towel and bedsheets were dirty and torn. Only one towel was provided for two persons...That too was not clean.

I would have given them 0 star .. room condition was not good at all. AC was not cooling .. it took ages for the AC to get cool.
