Service was quick, got my phones board replaced under warranty in an hour. Some staff behavior towards customer has to be improved a lot
It could have been better .. they ask people to register online and they also allo w customers who walkin .. and since i was not getting the booking i waited for 10 days to get the appointment and when i took the phone the rep was saying you should have got it on the day it got water damage .. anyway i just had to throw my phone away and paid 110 for that service ..
Irresponsible staff. They are very delay in servicing. Too bad Service Center.

Very bad experience. They need to hold the phone in pending for 7 days for battery replacement even though its without warranty. I asked to cancel my service order, they disagree.To service center team,You should atleast update your customer service policy to avoid these kind of negative reviews.

There service is very bad. I have 2 bad experience on here.ഞാൻ ഒരു note8 ന്റെ മൈക്ക് ഇഷ്യൂ ആയി പോയിരുന്നു. 14 dayകു ശേഷം അവര് പറഞ്ഞത് മെയിൻ ബോർഡ് പോയി എന്നാണ്. അതിന് മൊബൈൽ ന്റെ വിലയുടെ 75% ആകും നു പറഞ്ഞു.ഇതേ മൊബൈൽ കോഴിക്കോ തന്നെ ഉള്ള മറ്റൊരു mi service center (Fathima Complex) lu കൊടുത്തു അവർ എന്റെ മൊബൈൽ next day തന്നെ ശരിയാക്കി തന്നു. മെയിൻ board നു complete ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടായില്ല.സമാനമായി എനിക്ക് മുൻപ് ഒരു അനുപാവം കൂടി ഉണ്ട്എന്റെ sis ന്റെ poco speaker issue ayi poyi. ഇവര് പറഞ്ഞത് സ്പീക്കർ പോയി എന്നാണ്. But അത് ഒരു software issue ആയിരുന്നു.
കുറച്ച് ചിലവ് കൂടുതലാണ് മറ്റുള്ള എം ഐ സർവീസ് സെന്റർ നേക്കാൾ. പക്ഷേ മികച്ച കസ്റ്റമർ സർവീസ് ആണ്.
