They are looting peopleI tool one of their policy called assure plus in which I have to pay around 13,500 including the emi interest for 7 years and they told me after 10 years I will get an amount of around 3 lakhs or more that amount varies and they said it will not be less than 3lakhs. But when I got the policy papers I was really shocked. The total amount which I have to pay is around 94k and the repayment assured is only 84k!…It’s better to for robbery than looting people like thisVery next day itself I have send a mail and didn’t receive any reply and now when I called toll free team they told me just don’t pay the amount then the policy will automatically get canceledVery good service so that I will all the money which i paid and you are going to get that
Invested dreaming the amount forecasted/committed by HDFC personal., Later after 10 years maturity shows just nothing- Send the documents to transfer the maturity amount to account ,surprisingly one person called and informed - if you invest in a policy after deducting the amount they can transfer the balance - if not contact service support - This is the response from Calicut Branch Managers of life .And HDFC manager of Calicut branch not responded even after several communications . Strange behavior from a corporate house - Suggest to be worried about about your hard earned money before doing any transaction with HDFC.
Atleast provide a reachable contact number for better service... Very poor customer care
I am unable to contact HDFC Life office from Qatar on phone to submit my documents for maturity payment.In Email, I get new requirements coming up every alternate day from [email protected].
