Last month I was at Delhi and I got a ring from my home, and was about faulty water pump.Mom and Dad was alone at home and they will suffer badly if it was not done . I tried to contact all electricians, plumbers in my contact list ( and also in my friends contact list) as it was Sunday no one was available at that time. Suddenly I thought about Ashish,Who once told me about Masterhands(He works at) . I gave him a call and he told mejitheshetta you just enjoy the trip, forget about the pump , we will take care of itI called Ashish on Sunday afternoon (15 August) with in 30 minutes one service technician was at home they updated me about the expected amt .Ofcourse it was a little bit higher (as you have to pay a little bit more for specialist) compared to local plumber , but it was ok for meBy Monday afternoon they got it done .Being a diploma holder in Electrical engineering and an employee in KSEBI understand the standard of their workAnd am 100% satisfied with MasterhandsOnce again thanks to my brother Ashish

I got the details of Masterhands over the net, and contacted them for service of split ACs in my house. The personnel came dot on time, and did a thoroughly professional job. I am pretty impressed with their service and will strongly recommend for AC service as well as other maintenance jobs.

Hi. I choose this team thinking to be professional. We cant rely on them and leav our house hoping thy would clean fully. We have to keep checking two or three times and show them dust and tell them pls do clean it. Main thing is they give one quotation Including interlock cleaning and finly whn it was about to finish they said they wl do just water wash . And tht interlock waste was fully cleaned by my maid and me. ,and they did just norml water wash instead of pressure pump cleaning saying their pump is not working . Finally when collecting the amount thy charged more than the quotation even though they dint do the full work as they mentioned . I hv asked many times each and everything and they told me there wont be any change. Paying was oke for me. . if the work was done in completing all the works and done perfectly. Not like changing all things at last moment.
