Best choice for taking new jio connection and related queries. customer service is excellent and they resolve your needs as soon as possible.and lot of services are free. although spotting the place is little bit difficult.overall good experience compared to other stores.good parking is also available.

Very bad experience. Tried calling them in the provided number for a postpaid connection, but they were not ready to respond. Kept making it busy. Wanted a sim to work from home as I am travelling from Karnataka and will be in quarantine for 14 days. Felt like the person is arrogant. Please do not contact that number.

It was very irritating to know that now staff was there to give a correct reply, only one security staff and three customers were sitting. All chairs were vacant. I waited 30 minutes and returned with out getting a good service. I went there to get my jio device serviced. Poor administration.
