Building is good but toilet is not neat and clean. This building is not good for IT companies.

One of the best and Cheap IT campus in South Chennai,Very good ambience, clean floors and having enough parking for all software professionals.

We work here..lively lovely environment..well maintained..but running out of space..No proper safe assembly area or a open ground for outdoor sports.

I like this office campus. Was neat and well maintained. Had good parking spaces. Also to highlight, cafeteria was very good. Very convenient place to travel as well.

Rattha Group has an old dog name Gurmeet, if you pay any deposit, this dog wont pay you back instead he will say they know people from the CM and city commissioner offices. you got to read the lease agreement and try to add all your terms before sign anything with these guys. Complete cheating, unreasonable charges will be added in your monthly bills. Please stay away from this place.

Great renting option for small and medium companies with the various administrative assistance provided for day-to-day activities. A vast space of private parking available for two and four wheelers. The disadvantage is that its a open parking. The securities in the day time are bit alright but during night mostly everyone falls asleep (even at the gates). Overall Maintenance is moderate, we cannot comment much about it. There are some food court options available under ground from Morning till 10 pm. Driving through front gate is tricky, it create a hug wait during the peak times.

Maintenance:Maintenance is the biggest headache of all.Open Smoking area is really an issue here. The smoke can be smelled till the cafe station, which the management does not take care.The whole area is mostly unclean, including restrooms which are not cleaned regularly - Recycled water is used for restroom which stinks. Uncleaned stagnant water becomes green, smelly and slippery almost near all gathering places. Improper Drainage maintenance can be witnessed at back entrance - only long jump medal winners can outcome. Improper AC is an issue to be mentioned especially, also ACs will be switched off after 6.30 pm. Poor Mobile connectivity for most of the mobile operators. Lack of Security measures with lack of security cameras except entrance - anyone can enter the office, if they maintain 20km/hr speed.2.Food:Home food is allowed in the basement cafeteria and it literally Survival of the fittest game to get seat in the cafeteria from 11.30 am till 2.30 pm. Food is available only for a particular time and competitively costly.Food/Water/Tea any thing can be bought only using food card which is has to be bought for Rs.20/-.3.No Reserved parking:In general, all our Bike/Car has to be parked in a open place, every time. It is very very hard to find parking after 11 am.4.No internal support to clear traffic jam:But theres no sign of responsibility from the facility management. Employees are made to take a dangerous steep U turn every time and there will be no one to help us.

Not the best IT park. But it is one. Their drainage system is one of the weirdest. Not sure they always have their food court and drain lines in the same level.

It’s not like today’s IT park# First food, here you have limited venders. only 2 for lunch so in peak time you have to wait. And you can’t get much verities.# sorry no medical shop# parking, there is no covered parking so that your 🚗 or 🏍 will be suffer in this hot climate or even in rainy season.# if it’s early morning, sorry no food 🍔 or juices🥤are available till around 9 to 10am.# security, yeah no problem you can come with any of you card because they will see the tag only🙄

My company corporate office is located in tower CGood maintanence, ambient environment for working

Around 3 towers are available. if you are coming for an interview then you have to gate pass. Basement lot of restaurants are available. Restaurant names are namma chettinadu, gongura, Hot chips and some biriyani shops. Atm is available. Big open car and bike parking is available. This is located exactly opposite to accenture. You have to take service road to reach here.

Very bad maintenance... No good parking.. cafeteria stinks most of the times due to seawage leakage.. Offices are maintained OK... You will have to purchase Ratha smart card to even purchase a tea or coffee (no cash/card allowed at cafeteria)..

Still under construction (interior), no shelter for parking vehicles, not so good food court, decent enough though, cant pay with cash or card, need Ratha card which is a bummer. Wait time is long for lifts. Unable to access the service road for commuters. High traffic spot.AC in the farthest ends never work,people working with AC regulation will claim its working,but actually it wont. The AHU unit they have is an outed one I believe.

Very poorly maintained, No proper drainage system, flooring is poorly done, very small parking entrance, stinking outdoors, worst security guards, entrance and exit to the campus is a headache. If you have bike and car, I prefer bring bike. The campus is not designed well for cars to enter. Overall poor planning

1. Broken window panels in the exterior of Tower B.2. Lights on the car parking footpath does not glow after 6 pm, pitch dark in reality.3. Washroom is just a temporary setup with improper finish and is not odor free.4. No proper ventilation and no proper air conditioning.5. Back gate place is more similar to an unused go down entrance6. Not a covered parking for bike and car.7. Even the basement parking has been shut down due to some reasons known only to the management.
