Good and safe apartment for family.

Apartments completed few years back but builder has issues with flat owners for non payment of flat amount park, gym other amenities are on hold. Children cant enjoy here. Nothing is there for them.

Not a good place for Children, Builder hasnt delivered the property with the agreed amenities like Gym, Park etc.,. Lot of issues due to the builder and fla owners.

It wil be a better place if there is proper maintenance plan. Currently i see the surroundings with out maintenance

Its a residency in Kundrathur. Good and cozy houses, free parking, wheelchair accessible. Not friendly for public transport.
