They stich according to their will...not at all responsive..

Its the worst tailoring shop that anyone can go to in Kottayam To get one salwar suit stitched I had to go there 4times still they stitch it the way they want.They even stitched a pencil pants both of different length and argue to prove they are correct.Worst customer care you can expect in Kottayam now .one old lady there thinks she is stitching clothes for free and we are at her mercy.

Horrible customer service!!! Worst tailoring shop in the whole of KottayamIm sooo disappointed in their services. They dont stitch as per the details and requirements and then argue that it is better like this!! Im spending money for getting clothes stitched how I like and that man and his horrible grandmother or old lady were soooo rude and spoiled the materials I gave them for stitching.Horrible service and tailoring. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Worst tailoring shop in town they wasted my dress material they dont know how to stitch. I clearly told what pattern I need. when I got my dress stitched it looks like 1960 model salwar. when asked that man about this he was so rude. Now regret why I given my dress here oh my godPlease dont go there, not recommend

Worst....so arrogant and rude towards customers. They even changed the material i gave for stitching without even taking my approval and when i questioned they were like go and buy a new one if you want..how rude!!! They doesnt care at alllll
