Nice collection of dress meterials. The shop offers huge discount nowadays. Footwear collection is no t upto the mark. Selection is less. The shop is in front of Nagampadam bus stand. So one can easily access the shop.

Nowadays Reliance Trendz is not suitable for lower middle income families, because recently they pricing high prices even for their average quality clothings. I have visited their Kottayam showroom today morning. Customer service team are well behaved. Except the billing staff, I heard the openly scolding another customer infront of me.

This place collection of dress for boys and girls. It have collection of new trend shirt,kurta,jeans etc.. And low cost get different brand dress.

Worst experience from this shop.They forcefully showed offer for footwear and i purchased it for my kid. They assured exchange in case of size issues. I purchased same size my kid is using from paraqon brand, but reliance size was not matching.I went there twice to exchange, they put shutters early and says systems are shutdown. Today by 6.30pm, i reached there, customers are inside as government allows Upto 7pm, staffs are also inside. But even after informing to staff personally and via call they are not doing exchange. I said i dont even want to enter the shop, but they says they cant.I have to come again and again for exchanging this stuff during this lockdown.Very bad experience.Please dont trust them anymore.

Lot of dress materials in a very reasonable rate. Being a part of a retail chain across the country they are able to offer good quality products in a reasonable rate. Good and trained staffs, Only thing is , when you buy products in offers, make sure that the same price is billed.

They also play good music also. They have enough car parking to accommodate 5-6 cars. They also provide great services also but they need to add more new collections for gents . Best place to go in group if you want to buy same dress for every one for example like a dress code for some functions

Worst shopping option. A salesgirl behaved so badly. Her behaviour was so arrogant. She welcomed initially by wearing ppe kit on 8/9/2020 then came upstairs western wear and dealt with us till 3:30 pm.she hided offer price of trends by giving wrong information though v asked it 2 or 3 times. Dont appreciate such behaviors which hurted our trust on this shop

Trends provides a wide variety of dress collections... the clothes are displayed well for the convenience of the customers... the total strength of staff is good and satisfying... and the customers would also get their good assistance for choosing the best.Trends give lots of offers not only during festive seasons but also everyday. The quality of the dress is quite good. There is collection for mens, womens and kids. Clothes of different brands are available there. Though there is an option to change dress later its bought yet the option is not applicable for dresses which have offers.Payment can be made either using debit cards or by cash.For parking there are parking lots in front of the shop itself, but only a few vehicles could occupy. It would be better if there is more parking space.Anyway it was a nice experience with Trends.

Poor experience.Started off with parking , that is nearly impossible to fit a sedan in. Rude behaviour from the staff at the entrance gate made it even difficult.Reliance, when you open a store atleast get the parking slots right.

Modern dresses are the main feature of this shop. Bright colored dresses in western form in minimal rate. Materials are superb. Dresses for both girls and boys are available here.

There are two Reliance Trends shop in Kottayam. This is one of them. This is located opposite the Nagampasam private stand and therefore easily accessibleThere is sufficient car parking area available here in front of and towards the side of the shop. The shop functions in 3 floors with each floor dedicated to ladies, gents, kidswear etcThe clothes here are the regular ones that you will find in all other reliance trends shop. However sometimes when you go you might find the salesperson either talking with each other or altogether ignoring you. I think the salespeople have to pay more attention to the customers and try to ease their shopping experience.
