Worst experience ever.ordered a spare parts 2 months before for my Gixxer sf bike. I ordered it before the 2nd lock down. Today received one of the spare part I ordered and the other part that I ordered havent received yet and the guy in the spare parts doesnt have any information regarding the missing item that I ordered.

Very bad experience from the service department. I think they only know how to wash a bike. The vehicle was returned with a complaint and other issues. This is the main reason why Suzuki bikes do not sell much

Worst service I ever seen. I go to the showroom for Gixxer wiring kit and their attitude is very bad, and I am ready to buy access to my wife but I back of from the decision because of their attitude

I had given my Suzuki Gixxer for Service here.They returned the bike after one-day of work and it wasnt washed at all.The dust was still sticking on the vehicle body and they completely messed up my confidence in this service center.I call it heights of unprofessionalismI wont select this service center, in the future.If the Showroom owner is reading this review, please tell your employees to be committed at what they are doing.Please dont cheat the customers.

The owner is bothered only on sales. He committed processing all papers to get all eligible offers from the company. Lethargic,and lost eligible offers. While delivery he was not even put minimum petrol,which all company will give. Gave a useless helmet,which is not at all meet the purpose. He will pretend as innocent,but actually not. My mistake, was trying to extend a helping hand to the local sprouting business man.

I purchased a new gixxer from kanjirappally outlet..they didint give any accessories free...after one weak my neighbour purchased the same bike from another dealer and he got accessories free. . and i noticed that the accessories rate was different in both dealers.. g square told alomost 3000..but the another almost 1600 ..but they give all that free..

I bought a suzuki access 125 from here, the free services period they did a good job. Finished with the free service and then suddenly out of nowhere the problems begin. The scooter stops and doesnt start for half an hour and when i took it to them they arent providing the best service. They say that only if the complaint shows again that is when the scooter is with them they can fix it. Its a service centre and i think they should find the problem .
