I was totally fed up with the sales man in 18/4/2020. I was ready to buy couple of eye wear but not at all satisfied with the sales man so i bought only one pair. His dealing was not satisfied such an arrogant nature. The one sales man with spec were satisfy. Billing staff resembles like a railway booking counter. Worst. Collection and location are quite good

Good collection to choose from, patient to hear what you want, explain features of products in detail, staff with a smile are conversant with what they deal. Really you will love the after-sales support.

Not satisfied with them. I was told that my pair of lens were ready and within 2 hours they will be able to fix it in my frame. But upon reaching there they said they wanted my measurements again and will take another 2 days. Is there no value for the time of a customer?

They deals with all the famous brands with better experience team members. Customers also can have a normal range series along with the higher ending ones. Mr. Deepu the manger is well knowledged about the product and better in all the ways in customer service. I really be glad to suggest Lens and frames to everyone.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Ive placed an order for around 10K on 28th of December. also ive requested the product as courier as ive told by them that it will be taking 2 days. Ive wrote down my adress to them including TWO mobile numbers instead of ONE. and what they did is they havent written any one number on the courier package. and the order reached me only on 10th of January after my effort of calling to different different customer cares of DTDC.i should have to wait for another 8 more days than what is actually expected!Id to call them every single morning to remind of the same. but those peoples never called me back after my enquiry of where the product is. this is so cheap customer service!
