A Company not bothered about the customer requirements. Managing the business by outsourcing to third party vendors. No coordination between the various parties doing the work. Absence of ownership makes the life miserable for a customer.

Kerala is the only State beleaguered by a negative and rebellious “Work Force”, that is never loyal to its Employer and that only knows to demand more and more, without caring for the Quality and Survival of the Company that pays them.The frequent ‘Harthals’ that the Political parties enjoy in disrupting the lives of people, is again something that prevents Companies to survive.Unheard and unjustified practices like “NOOKU KOOLI” , heard only in Kerala, that still goes on with the blessings of our selfish and vote-hungry Politicians, is again something that makes it difficult for Companies to continue peacefully.There was a time when Politeness and courteous responses could never be expected from the front-desk staff who would need to be contacted to carry out our day to day businesses.Kerala has always been a State, notorious for its Rudeness, that prevails in almost all Offices and Business houses, besides the Government employees from the Peons to the Managers.However, it has been so consoling that good companies like “Viswas” have managed to exist despite the negative factors that surround them. It was surprising to see them maintaining high Customer services skills, without being influenced by these negative forces around them.It is encouraging that the old, crude, uncivilized and grumpy cronies of my generation are steadily disappearing and are being replaced by well-educated, sincere and dynamic youngsters, who make Companies like Viswas different from others.Their ever positive dedication to work and focus on Customer service was something never expected from the soil of Kerala.Telephones were promptly and courteously answered and immediate actions were being taken.Presume, it is the result of our new approach to Education that has introduced new Courses like BBA and MBA, where Customer Services are highlighted.Special accolades to Deepthi and the entire team of devoted youngsters !Hope all Companies would take Viswas as a role model for its excellent Customer services !
