It was my first experience with Artstra and it was wonderful. They made a saree gown for my betrothal and it was beautiful and just how I wanted it. I got wonderful feedback from my family and friends. They are having excellent customer service, designers are willing to do things according to customers preference. Thanks for the timely service too. keep up the good work. Will shop again for sure. Highly recommended.

Poor work. Had a pant stitched few days back and both legs didnt have same length. Payed good amount. And had to take it to another tailor to alter it

Gave 2 items for stitching. One is satisfactory. Other one is not upto what they promised when we asked them for designing. And the reasons they gave for unsatisfactory work is not professional. And moreover the higher level authorities for customer service is below average. Not recommended.
